Andre Caplet was a man of many talents. He was a great French conductor, composer, pianist, and

Is it realistic for justice to effectively perform its function of keeping order without the rule of law? As
someone who lived all his life within in civil democracy, it is fair to say that I have biased, yet,
supportive views regarding need for order, law and institutions as a way to promote the pillar of
