- Inteligent Notification (IN) creates a safe environment for collaboration and innovation across all devices and social networks.
- IN follows the technology model of familiar systems like Blackberry Enterprise Server and the Cisco Jabber Network infrastructure, integrating with Microsoft Exchange and delivering messages through a protected platform.
- IN's vision is to extend that concept to the enterprise, starting with their strong customer base, by building on their existing architecture. This will give corporate users full control of their communications across any device or social network, creating a single, continuous and secure conversation.

Here are a few key points about cooperative learning:
- It involves students working together in small groups to help each other learn. Groups are structured so that students must work collaboratively to complete tasks or assignments.
- Cooperative learning aims to promote not only individual learning but also the "soft skills" of communication, teamwork, leadership and social skills.
- Effective groupings consider factors like different ability levels, gender and ethnic diversity to encourage perspective-taking and foster understanding between students.
- Teachers provide clear instructions and ensure accountability by having groups submit a product, report or role within the larger class. Periodic checks assess individual understanding.
- When implemented well, cooperative learning has been shown to improve academic achievement

This study analyzed the tendency of increasing stress consumption and Greenhouse-gas emissions (GHG-emissions) in today's Swedish post-modern consumption society (as well as in many other post-modern cultures) and potential behavioral changes towards a more sustainable and climate-neutral lifestyle. Psychological theories were selected to illustrate an alternative for a happier lifestyle with decreased stress and GHG-emissions. A model for behavior change integrating attitudes, norms, self-efficacy and intentions for making climate-neutral choices was constructed. The study found that quality of life in this sample was associated with spending time with family and friends, being physically active, and working life, as well as concerns about environmental pollution, unequal global distribution of resources,

The ionized galactic wind from NGC 253 emerges from its central 100 pc region and has a central axis approximately in the plane of the sky. Observations of the [NII] emission line at 205 microns from this barred galaxy reveal an outflow speed of 100-150 km/s, establishing the importance of the starburst-driven wind in limiting the star formation activity and the final stellar content. The molecular gas in the wind can be directly measured using tracer molecules, allowing the mass outflow rate to be estimated at 4-10 solar masses per year. This implies a ratio of mass outflow to star formation rate of at least 1:1, establishing the importance of the starburst-driven wind in regulating the

Cell Therapy Expansion and Challenges in Autoimmune DiseaseHealth Advances
There is increasing confidence that cell therapies will soon play a role in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, but the extent of this impact remains to be seen. Early readouts on autologous CAR-Ts in lupus are encouraging, but manufacturing and cost limitations are likely to restrict access to highly refractory patients. Allogeneic CAR-Ts have the potential to broaden access to earlier lines of treatment due to their inherent cost benefits, however they will need to demonstrate comparable or improved efficacy to established modalities.
In addition to infrastructure and capacity constraints, CAR-Ts face a very different risk-benefit dynamic in autoimmune compared to oncology, highlighting the need for tolerable therapies with low adverse event risk. CAR-NK and Treg-based therapies are also being developed in certain autoimmune disorders and may demonstrate favorable safety profiles. Several novel non-cell therapies such as bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, and RNAi drugs, may also offer future alternative competitive solutions with variable value propositions.
Widespread adoption of cell therapies will not only require strong efficacy and safety data, but also adapted pricing and access strategies. At oncology-based price points, CAR-Ts are unlikely to achieve broad market access in autoimmune disorders, with eligible patient populations that are potentially orders of magnitude greater than the number of currently addressable cancer patients. Developers have made strides towards reducing cell therapy COGS while improving manufacturing efficiency, but payors will inevitably restrict access until more sustainable pricing is achieved.
Despite these headwinds, industry leaders and investors remain confident that cell therapies are poised to address significant unmet need in patients suffering from autoimmune disorders. However, the extent of this impact on the treatment landscape remains to be seen, as the industry rapidly approaches an inflection point.
