1. Elaborate the
“Study” stage of
the PDSA model,
by substituting the
OODA-loop model
2. Incorporate the SEI CMM/CMMI
principle of governing the planning
and the governing processes, as well
as governing the execution of the plan.
3. Split the transition to the “Act”
stage into three logical flows,
according to the governance element
to be “acted” upon.
Incorporate the OODA Loop into the PDSA Cycle, and use the extended
model to map each of the concurrent continuous improvement cycles.
