On that note, I appreciated that after the epilogue there were numbers and plenty of resources for the
prevention of child abuse. I feel this is important because after a person reads this book they might
realize they themselves are being abused and are given tools to help stop it. One thing I didn t enjoy
about this novel was that it has a complete abrupt ending and the epilogue was more short and bitter
than sweet. This book is highly relative no matter the year. If you take a look at news stations or the
usual TV media outlets, you can see people being arrested over child abuse. This is a continuous
problem that is never really resolved but is hopefully decreasing as people become more aware of the

This lab investigated the central dogma of molecular biology by studying the expression of jellyfish
Green Fluorescent Protein in E. coli (Mardigan, 2011). After transforming E. coli with the GFP gene
under the arabinose operon promoter, GFP expression was analyzed with and without arabinose.
Induction was seen only in media with arabinose. To further study GFP protein and structure, an SDS
Page or gel electrophoresis was conducted where proteins were charged to allow them to move in an
electrical field in terms of their size. To further study the role of the arabinose operon in GFP
expression an overnight culture was done where the plate was frozen and incubated to induce optimal

ORU has a diversity of mostly Caucasian people. ORU is also a Christian college. The day may start
off with a prayer in class or by having a big bible study group. They even have majors from biblical
literature to ministry and leadership. RSU, like ORU, has a higher percentage of Caucasians on

Rogers State University who plan to gain admission to the University of Oklahoma s School of
Community Medicine in Tulsa and complete careers in treating patients from parts of the state.

Roth then goes into more details and explains that most times when we ask a person why they love
someone they go into a list of reasons, but if you look hard enough you could find all those qualities in
someone else. Some say loves is just a form of projection where you or I might call it fate. When Roth
says loves is unreasonable he is showing a lack of emotion which in it own shape is emotion. Bernard
