700 MT(Metric Tons) per month. The single minded and consistent
efforts of the promoters have yielded results and the group
today has an in-house steel rolling capacity of over 1.75 Lakh
MT per annum. We started with a team of 5 people in 1998 and
today we have a team of over 500 dedicated and highly
motivated individuals who own the vision of “making world-
class steel”.

7. Testing Process
• Superior quality by controlling impurities, such as
Sulphur – It decrease the strength of steel in extreme
hot conditions
Phosphorous – It decrease the strength of steel in cold
conditions
• Friends 500 HD TMT bars have high Yield Stress.

• Our steel bars have optimal quantity of carbon content
• If carbon content is high, the steel may become hard
and brittle
• If carbon content is low, the steel can become very
weak
