Biography Of Elvis Presley
About 70 years ago, Elvis Presley roamed the world. At age 13, his hair was dark brown like some
people s eyes, and his eyes were green like fresh grass being watered. He was regular height, 5 1 with
no tattoos, but is planning on getting them all over his arms. His favorite outfit was black pants with a
black or green t shirt or once in a while, a fancy long sleeve shirt. One really good thing about him is
that he sang really well. He worked at a little food truck that when you come up to it, it smells like
melted cheese and toasted bread. He also took singing lessons with his dad. He was always conceited
and would think he s the best, but he was very caring. Him and his dad had a quote they used to tell
each other, when things go wrong, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I looked through old yearbooks, photos, going around neighborhoods, and following him. I soon
figured out that it was him that took my dad somewhere, but I don t know how far or where. A week
later, my mom and I started to get on little planes and traveled around the world to find him. I soon got
to this tiny country I never found out about and I assumed was close. For some reason, people had
white signs with a big black sharpie written on it for my dad saying MISSING. The smell of fresh
paint. So I knew he was here. Just about figured it was Victor, because he lives here according to other
people in this town. This country is 1,000,000 miles away from home. I started to adventure out in the
crowded forest, tropical jungle, and bright blue ocean to find him. I wouldn t let my best friend go.
Mom, you have to stay. My mom didn t want to, but she agreed. I got to this one place, till I got bored
and started singing. After I finished a song I wrote, I hear another of my songs that someone is
singing, and that someone s voice sounds familiar. Dad? I whisper Come to the right, 4 miles He reply

this park because he wanted to help him find this piece of land he is trying to

Designing A Science Fair Project
In the seventh grade, I faced a challenge dreaded by many: designing a science fair project. I
researched some ideas, and found myself drawn to working with medication. I came up with a simple
experiment; it compared the dissolution rates of generic and brand name drugs. Before the experiment,
I knew virtually nothing about drugs, but as I did more research, I was intrigued. I discovered that
people debated the effectiveness of brand name versus generic drugs. It made no sense to me. How
could two drugs with the same active ingredients work differently? I was genuinely curious as to what
my results would be. What began as a tedious requirement soon became a captivating task. Because I
was interested in my topic, I truly enjoyed designing ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As a result, I changed my major to biochemistry at the end of my freshman year.
I spent the rest of college knowing I wanted to be a pharmacist. I studied and obtained my Pharmacy
Technician certification and license at the beginning of my sophomore year and became employed a
few months later. Ever since, I ve experienced constant affirmation that pharmacy was right for me. I
felt more motivated to attend and study for my classes because I actually enjoyed what I was learning.
I had classmates who detested our biology and organic chemistry classes, but I was hooked. I was
captivated by the way drugs interact with the neurotransmitters in our body and how even the most
minute changes to chemical structure can completely change the route of action of a drug. The more
upper level courses I took, the more reinforced my decision to pursue pharmacy became. It just felt
right. During my time working as a technician, I have interacted with multiple pharmacists at different
retail pharmacy locations. Because of this, I observed how pharmacists interact with patients and
gained experience adapting to different clientele to best fit their needs. I love the feeling of instant
gratification that I get when I am able to help a patient. Through my experience, I realized that
pharmacist s play a vital role in patient care. I have seen how pharmacists counsel patients and create

Leonardo Da Vinci s Accomplishments
The Renaissance was a time period between the 1300s and the 1700s. It was full of inspiration and
creativity. One of the most creative and brilliant men of this time period was Leonardo da Vinci. He
was involved in many different fields and is known for his many contributions to the era. Although
Leonardo da Vinci was skilled in many areas such as inventing and science, it is his artwork that is
most recognized.
Leonardo da Vinci s lived during a time when new ideas and ways of thinking were encouraged.
Leonardo da Vinci s full name was Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci which means Leonardo, (son) of
(Mes)ser Piero from Vinci. He was born on April 15, 1452. Leonardo accomplished many goals in his
lifetime such as being a painter, engineer, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
One piece of artwork that Leonardo was famous for was the Last Supper. The painting represents
Jesus telling his and twelve disciples that one of them will podred him (history list). The painting
covers a wall at the monastery of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan, Italy. Another painting that
leonardo created was Vitruvian Man. The drawing was drawn on a piece of paper with pen and ink. It
is a picture of a man into different positions inside of a circle and a square. It was named after the
architect Vitruvius (history list). This painting is also being displayed in the monastery of Santa Maria
delle Grazie in Milan, Italy. A 3rd painting of Leonardo da Vinci s is Lady with an Ermine. This
painting is painted with oil on a wood panel. The lady in the painting has recently been identified to be
Cecilia Gallerani who was a mistress of Ludovico Sforza, Duke of Milan. Lady with an Ermine is one
of four of Leonardo da Vinci s female portraits (history list). Unlike a lot of Leonardo s paintings,
Lady with an Ermine is on display at Czartoryski Museum in Krakow, Poland. Around 1512 Leonardo
painted Self portrait in red chalk. This portrait was painted with Red chalk on paper. This is the only
self portrait that Leonardo has ever painted. When this painting was created, Leonardo was around 60
years old and had long white hair with a long beard. Many people don t

The Wanderer And The Dream Of The Rood Comparison Analysis
In the poems The Wanderer and The Dream of the Rood, anonymous authors give way to the idea that
an Almighty God will solve every problem a person has by doing two things: 1) drawing upon the
memories of a warrior who has lost everything near and dear to him due to war, and 2) entering the
dream of a man who has been exiled and isolated. Each piece takes its reader through the trials and
tribulations that one may not relate to in this era, yet the reader is still there alongside the character
wanting them to find peace with their world and themselves. Initially, it is believed that the characters
will overcome their hardships and achieve the happiness they seek. However, as the reader delves
deeper into the character s story, there is an overwhelming sense of incompleteness. What actually
happens at the end of each piece is not written in stone telling us the story is not whole nor has a
conclusion been reached. The intrapersonal thoughts being shared with the reader reveal the obstacles
that keep an overall wholeness from occurring. Starting with The Wanderer, the speaker begins his tale
by reminiscing upon his trials and tribulations of which he has suffered a great deal and longs for
relief, the Almighty s mercy (118). He has lost his friends and no longer has anyone to confide in,
forcing him to be alone with his thoughts: So I must hold in the thoughts of my heart (118). In the
midst of his grieving, the Wanderer recalls a joyous occasions, such as when his friend and lord helped
him to the feast (119), only to realize that what once was, is no longer. He finds comfort in his dreams,
longing to be back with his liege lord again only to awaken and have reality come shattering down
upon him (119). However, he comes to the conclusion that through hardship and suffering, one
matures, grows, learns his place in life and how a good man holds his words back, tells his woes not
too soon, baring his inner heart before knowing the best way (120). Throughout this piece, the
Wanderer is struggling with losing much of what made his life whole and debating whether or not the
war was worth the suffering he is faced with with no one by his side. There is a constant battle
between longing for those

Member Of The Wedding
Carson McCullers The Member of the Wedding depicts the emotionally turbulent summer of Frankie
Addams, a socially isolated and gender nonconforming adolescent girl in the cusp of adulthood.
Frankie s search for a sense of identity manifests in an idiosyncratic longing to be apart of her brother
s wedding and marriage. This novel represents subjects who are not assimilated in the dominant social
order or who resist to assimilate, while also develops its ideas about belonging and community.
One major component of McCullers novel that struck to me was the concept of division of people.
This component also seemed to me like it was the major theme of the novel. McCuller signals that by
saying, this was the summer when for a long time Frankie had not been a member (McCullers 3).

This leads to her becoming obsessed with the fact that she is to be a member of her brother Jarvis

group of people, but also to move past her childhood personna. McCullers writes, to start with, she
decided to make herself some visiting cards with Miss F. Jasmine Addams Esq., engraved with
squinted letters on a tiny card, (McCullers 51) insinuating that this name change was a start of
something, sort of, new. McCullers often would refer back to, the old Frankie , (McCullers 50) as if it
were a completely different person. Apparently, it was the old Frankie of yesterday who had been
puzzled, but F. Jasmine did not wonder anymore , (McCullers 50) which made it seem as though
Frankie had suddenly found herself and the group in which she had always wanted to be a member of.
However, the task of escaping adolescence was easier said than done and simply calling yourself by a
new, older sounding name just didn t do the

Impacts And Effect Of Fracking
Impacts and Affects of Fracking Hydraulic fracturing is one of the main reasons for the rapid increase
in gas and oil production in the recent times. Hydraulic fracturing or fracking is a technique, which
helps in recovering gas and oil from shale rocks. The process of fracking requires drilling into the
Earth before high pressure liquids directed at the rock help to release the gas trapped inside it. Water,
sand and various other chemicals injected into the rocks, with great pressure, that allow the gas to flow
out of the well. The process can be carried out vertically and horizontally, however it is common to
use the latter as it helps in creating more ways to release gas. In 2011, the United States produced 8.5
million cubic feet of natural gas, a value of nearly $36 billion, from shale gas alone. As a result, the
U.S. is now the world s top manufacturer of natural gas. Imported gases compose merely 8 percent of
total natural gas consumption in the United States. Since America does not rely on imported gas, the
United States has balanced it trade as the U.S. domestic supply has grown to meet its demand.
Business magnate T. Boone Pickens stated, Natural gas is the best transportation fuel. It is better than
gasoline or diesel. It is cleaner, it is cheaper, and it is domestic. Natural gas is 97% domestic fuel.
Fracking has led a wave of job creation through the country. As a whole, fracking has directly, and

Tell Tale Heart Dark Romanticism Essay
An Evolution of Dark Romanticism The Tell Tale Heart
Dark Romanticism illustrates the subgenre of Romanticism and it often explores man s capacity for
malevolence. Edgar Allen Poe is one the writers of Dark Romanticism and in his story, The Tell Tale
heart , he explores humanity s propensity to commit sin. The story is based on the concept of sin and
apathy, as the narrator tries to convince the reader that he is nervous, not mad. Dark Romanticism
consists in showing man s malevolent nature and engages with the concept of man s darkness.
Therefore, in the The Tell Tale Heart , the narrator s evil actions demonstrate the story s inclusion in
the genre specific of Dark Romanticism.
The narrator s mysterious illness exemplifies the tenets of Dark Romanticism. Supposedly the narrator
is told that he is mad and he refuses to accept this ; therefore, he tells the story on how he ... Show

capacity of the narrator s imagination which makes him creates the old man. It all seems that nothing
that he says happens in real life. For instance, the old man eyes, heartbeat, the night, the police, and so
on, are all fruits of his fantasy. The eyes could represent his psychological sin and guilt, and the old
man depicts his own personality. He wants to get rid of the eyes because it has a darkness sin which
does not allow him to have a good sanity. The narrator separates the old man s personality to his eye,
and in the end, he assumes by getting rid of the eyes he could still love the man and live in peace with
his mental sanity. However, this strategy does not work out well and turned against him because does
not only kill the eyes but also the old

Racial Barriers in Grace Paley s Short Story Samuel Essay
Racial Barriers in Grace Paley s Short Story Samuel
It is hard to distinguish the difference between which race is more important. One might ask
themselves if white is superior over colored skin. There have been numerous struggles and much
success in the fight towards equality between the races. Although many large steps have been made,
there are still existing racial barriers. One particular struggle is whether or not people of different races
should interact with each other. Should Caucasian adults interact with young children of color? A
question that becomes especially critical when children are putting themselves in potentially
dangerous situations. This moral debate is portrayed in Grace Paley s short story, Samuel. ... Show

In the short story, Two men and others looked at the four boys jumping and jiggling on the platform
and thought, It must be fun to ride that way (191). Men normally have influence to control dangerous
situations and instead of using this power to persuade the boys to come into a safe place, they allow
the children to continue to endanger their lives. The women on the train became very angry when they
look at the four boys. Most of them brought their brows together hoping the boys would see their
extreme disapproval (191).
In the story, one woman in the subway car saw that three of the boys were Negroes and the fourth was
something else she couldn t tell for sure. She was afraid that they would be fresh and laugh at her and
embarrass her (191). It seems that the women are scared of even confronting the barrier that separates
her from the children. The racial wall is so intimidating to the women that all they could do is sit and
watch the young boys in fear of their safety.
As time passed, the racial begun to slowly deteriorate. Sometimes, motherly instincts will overcome
anything, and in this case it is to persuade the women to stand up to the children. The lady who was
afraid of embarrassment saw the boys jerk forward and backwards and grab the swinging guard
chains...She stood up with determination and went to the door (191). Allowing her maternal

Rob and wonder what magazine, billboard, or commercial you d seen him on. But there was
something in the way he looked at you. Something about his smile... It was in the way he touched your
shoulder or brushed the hair from your cheek. Even the way he said Hello. That hidden quality, that
sincerity, that subtle little something, that s what makes you love him.

A Day Is A Special Holiday For Those Who ve Lost A Soldier
Memorial Day is a special holiday for those who ve lost a loved one in military service. For me, the
holiday is two fold. Yes, I remember the passing of my military dad, , but it s also the day I remember
all the best things about my father. It s when I celebrate Father s Day.
My father was always proud to be a soldier. Sure, he would grumble about Army politics or how the
service caused him to have bad knees and feet. Yet. he was good at being a solider. This was ironic
because he did not choose to join the Army on his own.
He, like many others, was part of the Vietnam draft. My father had no intentions of being a military
man. He was going to go to a local college and play football. That dream was cut short when he
received his draft letter right before graduation football dreams would have to wait. After the war
ended and he satisfied his minimal service requirements, he did not leave. He re enlisted and went on
to serve 20 years in the Army. He retired before he was 40. It would seem that with a full military
career and generous retirement package under his belt, he would relax and move on. This was not the
case, he had a hard time relaxing into civilian life.
My dad had a rough childhood. He grew up poor in a little town in Eastern Kentucky with no father
figure. Sure, he showed promise and talent in playing football at the local college, but academics was
not on his horizon. Whether he realized it or not at the time, the Army was not only an escape from his

What Are The Roles Of Women In 19th Century Russia
Feminism (Or Lack Thereof) In Nineteenth Century Russia Throughout history, women have not been
seen as equal to men, both politically and socially. As time has gone on, this has improved, however,
in nineteenth century Russia, women were seen as objects rather than as people. They had no rights
economically, could not vote, and spent their lives under the control of a man. In the 1997 film Anna
Karenina, which was based on a novel by Leo Tolstoy, we see firsthand the effect that sexism had on
the lives of women. The women featured in this movie have no control over their own lives. In
particular, we see how marriage was an institution that forced women under the control of their
husbands. The 1870s in Russia (when Anna Karenina takes place)

what is filled with all different objects for sensory. Objects ranging from foam roller, lava lamps,
message chairs, stability balls, board scooters, fidgets, body socks and putty. The majority of these
objects and devices are not located at the resident houses. Although the room is a fantastic resource it
does have some limitations, such as, only one group or resident may be in there at a time and all

Josiah WedgewoodÂŽs Creamware
Craft and Design Term Paper Josiah Wedgwood s Creamware The history of Wedgwood and
Creamware When people hear the name Josiah Wedgwood they might think of navy blue and white
pottery but in actual fact Wedgwood was the brains behind so much more. Josiah Wedgwood was born
1730 and was not like the rest of the young children of his generation as Wedgwood s family was part
of a group called the Dissenters. The Dissenters are a collection of people that do not agree with the
ways of the church so in their own way to rebel they have created their own society. In this society
they have created their own church, community and school. The school of the Dissenters has been
home to some of the greatest mind of history. This includes Albert Einstein, Josiah Wedgwood and
Charles Darwin. These schools are heavily based in sciences and mathematics so it gives the
Dissenters a large step up intellectually. Wedgwood s recipe of cream coloured earthenware known as
creamware was so popular in its time because at that moment in history there was a huge demand for
Porcelain and a rush to create the prime recipe. Once porcelain was invented in Europe it was in high
demand because of it rarity and its innovative, fresh style; it was also a luxurious, expensive item that
only the upper class, wealthy could afford. In the popularity of porcelain, Josiah Wedgwood was
clever as to bring creamware to the forefront. Creamware was the cheaper direction than porcelain.

The History Of Howard Hughes Aircraft Company
Howard Hughes was a successful Hollywood movie producer when he founded the Hughes Aircraft
Company in 1932. He personally tested cutting edge aircraft of his own design and in 1937 broke the
transcontinental flight time record. In 1938, he flew around the world in a record three days, 19 hours,
and 14 minutes. Following the U.S. entrance into World War II in 1941, the U.S. government
commissioned the Hughes Aircraft Company to build a large flying boat capable of carrying men and
materials over long distances. Because of wartime restrictions on steel, Hughes decided to build his
aircraft out of wood laminated with plastic and covered with fabric, and they had a wingspan of 320
feet and was powered by eight giant propeller engines. Development of the Spruce Goose cost a
phenomenal $23 million and took so long that the war had ended by the time of its completion in
1946. The aircraft had many detractors, and Congress demanded that Hughes prove the plane
airworthy. On November 2, 1947, Hughes obliged, taking the prototype out into Long Beach Harbor,
CA for an unannounced flight test. Thousands of onlookers had come to watch the aircraft taxi on the
water and were surprised when Hughes lifted his wooden behemoth 70 feet above the water and flew

The Formation And Trajectory Of Communal Violence
Communal violence can be defined as a form of conflict between ethnic groups, where solidarity is
felt for one s own group and opposition towards other groups (Myers and Horowitz, 2002). The
formation and trajectory of communal violence holds a number of similarities with the way that
terrorists are trained. Both incorporate motivations for violence which are provoked by economic and
political events. Secondly, motives for violence are often ecsasperated by ideological goals which are
often based around distortions of reality. Psychological explanations for intra group hatred and
conflict can to explain how and why humans can act in this way.
In the training of terrorists, the motives behind the teachings are often driven by political and ... Show

Here, we have examples of how the drive for political and economic power presents itself as a defined
goal and a justification for executing violence towards a hated group.
It is in our human nature to assign stereotypes to particular ethnic groups and negative stereotypes
provide the foundations for such violence to occur. Hoffmann (1986) suggests stereotypes are
cognitive constructs created out of a kernel of truth and then distorted beyond reality . Such
stereotypes can act as the drivers for violence. Similarly, when terrorists are trained, they are taught
hatred towards opposing groups. The terrorist notebooks revealed that students received specific
lessons on who should die. For example, students learnt to oppose Uzbekistans rulers, who were
described as being betrayers of faith. Teachings about opposing groups appear to be based on
distortions of reality, as the writer claims that the teachers relatively uneducated. Thus, it appears in
both cases, a generalised view of the enemy often acts as a driver for violence, in addition to solidarity
being felt for one s own group.
Whilst negative stereotypes may provide the foundations for hatred towards an opposing group,
communal violence can often be driven by myths which promote utopian fantasies. This often arises
from ancient myths which are projected a current situation. For example, in

Tolerance in The Freedom Writers Diary
The Freedom Writers Diary Essay The Freedom Writers Diary by Erin Gruwell and her students show
many great examples of the vast importance of tolerance. This novel is about one teacher who taught
her students tolerance and knowledge. This novel even shares how to support tolerance and diversity.
Tolerance is important to have in this world because without tolerance, there can be no peace
The Freedom Writers Diary shows how the students learn tolerance. In Diary 36, the student writes
Why should I read books about people that don t look like me? People that I don t even know and that

She saw the event and now has to testify, but is unsure whether or not she should tell the truth, or lie to

can teach about the correlation of tolerance and peace. Tolerance helps to promote peace in many
ways. In Diary 18, a student writes, Brown, black, white, yellow,

Who Is Ed Wuncler s Greed
Ed Wuncler s greed takes over his personality so much. Ed Wuncler is portrayed as a fat white guy in
a suit. This is usually the image painted in everyone s head when they think of a rich or powerful man.
Ed Wuncler believes that healthy food attracts the wrong crowd and that he needs to be thinking
urban, negro, the black thing about food before he opens Granddad s soul food restaurant. Ed Wuncler
knows that people who eat healthy do two things that are bad for business: they make smart choices in
life and are aware about politics. Wuncler views Granddad s Itis inducing meals as the quickest route
to cash, and could care less if the food destroys the community. Ed Wuncler is all about making
money, regardless of what has to be done in the process. Viewers of the show know of Wuncler s
money missions based on his other endeavors. He makes Jasmine sell lemonade so that she may save
enough to buy a pony but in the by the end of the episode he ends up with all of the money due to the
contract they signed. In the end of The Itis after Granddad s restaurant gets shut down, Wuncler does
not even care because his main goal was to get the health place across the street so that he could
develop it. With all these quick and easy get money schemes that Wuncler has, it is clear as to why he
has so much money. Wuncler is a person with money and power and those are two attributes
belonging to one corrupt person. Corruption is found in not only cultural capital but also in

A 43 year old woman presented with a one year history of abdominal pain and constipation. She also
gave a history of nodules in her mouth which biopsy showed papilloma (Figure A). In endoscopy
nodularity of the esophageal mucosa was seen in the entire length and a single nodule was seen on the
epiglottis. Coarse nodularity was seen in the stomach from cardia and fundus to the antrum.
Nodularity of the bulb and D2 was also seen and multiple polyps of different sizes were seen in colon

In 1996, the susceptibility locus for Cowden syndrome was mapped to chromosome 10q22 23, and in
1997, germline mutations in the PTEN gene (phosphatase and tensin homology, deleted on
chromosome 10) on 10q23 were first reported in families with this syndrome. Hamartomas in Cowden
syndrome affect all three germ cell layers but most commonly arise from ectodermal and endodermal
elements. Almost all patients (90% to 100%) have mucocutaneous lesions that include
trichilemmomas, acral keratoses, and oral papillomas. Breast lesions affect the majority of female
patients and include fibroadenomas, fibrocystic disease, and adenocarcinomas (25% to 50%). Thyroid
abnormalities, such as multinodular goiter and follicular adenoma, are found in one half to two thirds
of patients. Thyroid carcinoma occurs in 3% to 10% of patients. Macrocephaly, cerebellar
gangliocytoma, and genitourinary malformations are also frequent components of Cowden syndrome.
Increased risks for endometrial carcinoma and renal cell carcinoma have been added to the operational
criteria for Cowden

Mozart, Also Known As Johann Chrysostom Wolfgang Amadeus
Mozart, also known as Johann Chrysostom Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was an Austrian composer
who was recognized as one of the greatest composers of the Western Hemisphere. Mozart was
considered equal to Haydn and beethoven for he improved upon the Viennese Musical School. Some
of the things that made Mozart different from other composers was that he wrote and practiced all
genres of music, and was quite skilled at it as well. He also had a great amount of skill in his every
one of the genres he has practiced. There are many factors that have influenced his music. For
example, his childlike personality and other factors such as his life experiences, caused by his father,

In addition to uttered vulgar platitudes, 34 Mozart s frequent facial grimaces, inadvertent repetitive

letters that he often used to touch his napkin to his lips, make grimaces, tap his hands or feet on
objects, or play with hats, pockets, tables and chairs seemingly playing clavier, and so this shows how
some of his actions were very much impulsive much like a child. Mozart also used to write letters to
his family members, especially his sister and wife.
The content of the letters that he used to send was different from other things that he used to send to
family members and other loved ones, for example: Milan, Oct. 5, 1771: I AM in good health, but

already written everything. Signora Gabrielli is here, and we are soon going to see her, as we wish to

The Deaths Of Normal Stars
Neutron Stars
Guadalupe Zamudio

Professor Dawdy
October 26, 2016 The deaths of normal stars give birth to neutron stars. Neutron Stars are products of
the so called supernova. Supernovae transpire during the death of a highly developed star which
occurs when there is not enough nuclear fuel to keep the pressure intact inside the core of a star
(Gursky 1975). The aftermath of a supernova is crucial because it frees iron, carbon, copper, and
oxygen along with other elements found in a star. This explosion completely demolishes the star and
has the ability to transform into either a black hole or neutron star (Freddy 2006). These supernovae
are extremely bright and every 200 years there is an explosion that happens to be big enough and
bright enough to be seen from earth. Neutron stars are very significant within the universe. It is said
that the neutron star was discovered before the before the neutron. It was Lev Landau who first wrote
about and studied dense stars. He focused his research on the idea there were objects in the universe
that were denser than but as small as white dwarfs and regular stars (Haensel 2007). This focus leads
to the discovery of the fascinating and complicated neutron star. The end is only the beginning for
neutron stars.
The neutron star is composed of the combination of both electron and protons that will develop into
purely neutrons, which make up the core (Astronomy 2016). The density of neutron stars is so

Teams take on all shapes and sizes. It seems as if you don t have to look very far to see both the
importance and impact that teams have on almost every aspect of life as we know it. Those who learn
how to properly harness the power of teamwork understand how it can create an incredible
opportunity and potential for progress and accomplishment. Teams that find the ability to work
together with a sense of unity and common vision seem to produce at high levels of effectiveness.
Teamwork also, however, can create environments where conflict and challenge can easily arise and
hinder the ability to work together with effectiveness. Patrick Lencioni states, As difficult as it is to
build a cohesive team, it is not complicated. As simple as it may be, for many leaders the ability to
build, develop and properly utilize teams is a challenge. For church ministry leaders, the ability to
build and develop teams and manage conflict are vital skill sets that must be invested in to understand
and develop. In the pages ahead I plan to explore from a biblical perspective of why the building and
development of teams is so important, and some of the challenges that

Feminist Sexological Analysis
The field of sexology is extremely valuable and yet often overlooked and taken for granted. Further,
the field of feminist sexology goes unnoticed or is just flat out excluded even more often. This is
certainly no indicator of its importance to society, though. Feminist sexology is vital to countering the
exclusionist approach of traditional sexology and providing new ways of approaching societal systems
and their issues. The poster fair itself was interesting and overall a positive experience in the end.
However, working on the project certainly had its ups and downs for my group and proved to be a
highly exasperating and frustrating process. Sexology as a field is relatively young, having only been
around for less than 200 years, and feminist ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Due to issues with one of the group members keeping bare minimum contact with us while doing the
bare minimum of work, waiting until last minute to tell us he wouldn t make it to meet with us, and
then eventually deciding to drop the class and tell us the day before the poster fair, the project ended
up becoming pretty stressful for both myself and for Taylor. However, as much as group projects can
be stressful and frustrating and this one was for us, I believe the poster fair project is a productive and
positive project for this class because it allows a concentrated mix of ideas and opinions while
working on a project and there s no way to do something like an informational poster fair as an
individual project without requiring significantly more time over the semester. As far as how our
poster turned out, I feel like ours fell short in appearance, layout, and overall cleanliness. I don t feel
like our design was laid out as well as it could have been, though that is partially because we had
originally intended to have another topic of feminist sexology included in the poster which was our
third group member s part demedicalization of women s sexuality and sexual problems. That fact also
made me feel our poster lacked overall flow and, in some ways, information since having only one
issue of feminist sexology seemed like not enough. However, given our circumstances, I am pleased
with what we were able to pull off and make work for our poster and I feel that we fell along the line
with many of the other posters from the other

Consumer Education Curriculum Analysis
When starting out on this project, I was planning a module for District 95 s consumer education
course. The goal was to bring a blended learning or distance learning opportunity to the students
within the District. While planning and designing this module, many different aspects came up. Who
will be implementing this module, how long will it take the learners to get through the module, how
does this module compare to the face to face classroom, how will this module be implemented, and
what will be in place for a backup plan in case the technology component fails. Throughout this paper
we will be taking an in depth look at each of these aspects, in order to give a clear picture of this
module. Part A: The Who and How Based on Figure 1, we ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

We could control the content of the course, knowing that it aligns with what our District s objectives
are, and most importantly keep FTE up. Thus, the beginning of planning the module. At this point I,
myself am going to be the one who will be doing them implementation, but if the program takes off, I
could end up training others in the Business Education Department on how to instruct the course.
Twelve Days That is correct, 12 days. The traditional summer sessions are Monday through
Thursdays, from 7:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with Fridays as a non attendance day. When breaks are
removed that is four hours of instructional time. The idea of distance learning brought up a few areas
of discontentment. The first came from the Business Education Department, how to keep the validity
of the unit tests. Even in the face to face classroom, I have seen students take screenshots of the
materials located on Canvas (our learning management software). This reason alone, is why this
module went from being a full distance learning course, to a blended learning course. Blended
learning courses incorporate both online and face to face activities, often require more preparation
time outside of the classroom for students than traditional face to face courses (Margolis, Poter,
Pitterle, 2017). Students will be expected to come into the building for the unit tests after they have
completed the online module with all the formative assessments. District 95 offers two

How To Write A Rhetorical Analysis Of A Snowstorm
This painting is about a lower class family that is going through a snowstorm in the middle of the
winter to survive instead of just staying inside the warm house. This painting is called the snowstorm
and was painted by Francisco Goya to illustrate a lighter but still hard time in life. This painting is
about a family out in a snowstorm and illustrates a lot about the character of the family with the
hardships that they went through, along with the desperation and willpower to survive.
While the family is out in the middle of the snowstorm they have many hardships to deal with. The
family is all grouped together in the middle of the painting with their jackets wrapped around them
and their heads facing down to keep warm with snow in every direction of them as if they don t want
to travel. This shows that the family is cold and, yet they have to face the hardship of the winter. The
tree next to the family is severely swayed to the right the branch in front of the family was broken off
from the tree and laying on the ground showing how hard it was to face the cold and wind of the
storm. A dog is in front of the family at attention on all four feet with the dog s paw prints trailing the
dog showing that the family is moving in the direction away from the prints. There is a dead pig
draped across and the back of a mule and tied down to it, along with a man on the left side has a gun
in between his arms tucked into his body as if he is the one who hunts the food for the family.

My Experience Of A Trip To A School Camp

Mom that I want to go home and go on a school camp next year. My mom said that I m in 9th grade
and going to a 3 day school camp would be a great experience. When my two teachers arrived, my
sister and I said our goodbyes and off we were to camp. During the whole subway ride, I was upset
about the camp; I thought it was going to be boring. However, when I got there, I realized how wrong
I was. When we got to our last stop, we had to walk all the way up the hill to where our campsite was.

Part: 1
3.11. Suppose that each of the following Update operations is applied directly to the database state
shown in Figure 3.6. Discuss all integrity constraints violated by each operation, if any, and the
different ways of enforcing these constraints.
e. Insert into DEPENDENT.
Answer: This operation is accepted and it can be successfully inserted.
g. Delete the EMPLOYEE tuple with Ssn = 987654321 .
Answer: This operation can t be used. Because Ssn has been used as a foreign key of WORKS_ON,
EMPLOYEE and DEPARTMENT relations ad deleting records with Ssn = 987654321 will leave no
corresponding entry for record in WORKS_ON relation. If we want to delete this data than we need to
delete it from all the tables.
h. Delete the PROJECT tuple with Pname = ProductX .
Answer: This operation can t be used. Because Pnumber has been used as a foreign key of
WORKS_ON relation and deleting record with Pname = ProductX will also delete product with
Pnumber = 1 . Since this value has been used in WORKS_ON table so deleting this record will violate
referring integrity constraint. If we want to delete this data than we also have to delete data from
corresponding tables.

  • 2. Biography Of Elvis Presley About 70 years ago, Elvis Presley roamed the world. At age 13, his hair was dark brown like some people s eyes, and his eyes were green like fresh grass being watered. He was regular height, 5 1 with no tattoos, but is planning on getting them all over his arms. His favorite outfit was black pants with a black or green t shirt or once in a while, a fancy long sleeve shirt. One really good thing about him is that he sang really well. He worked at a little food truck that when you come up to it, it smells like melted cheese and toasted bread. He also took singing lessons with his dad. He was always conceited and would think he s the best, but he was very caring. Him and his dad had a quote they used to tell each other, when things go wrong, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I looked through old yearbooks, photos, going around neighborhoods, and following him. I soon figured out that it was him that took my dad somewhere, but I don t know how far or where. A week later, my mom and I started to get on little planes and traveled around the world to find him. I soon got to this tiny country I never found out about and I assumed was close. For some reason, people had white signs with a big black sharpie written on it for my dad saying MISSING. The smell of fresh paint. So I knew he was here. Just about figured it was Victor, because he lives here according to other people in this town. This country is 1,000,000 miles away from home. I started to adventure out in the crowded forest, tropical jungle, and bright blue ocean to find him. I wouldn t let my best friend go. Mom, you have to stay. My mom didn t want to, but she agreed. I got to this one place, till I got bored and started singing. After I finished a song I wrote, I hear another of my songs that someone is singing, and that someone s voice sounds familiar. Dad? I whisper Come to the right, 4 miles He reply s. I go ahead, I see that my dad is sitting at this little park. • 3. Designing A Science Fair Project In the seventh grade, I faced a challenge dreaded by many: designing a science fair project. I researched some ideas, and found myself drawn to working with medication. I came up with a simple experiment; it compared the dissolution rates of generic and brand name drugs. Before the experiment, I knew virtually nothing about drugs, but as I did more research, I was intrigued. I discovered that people debated the effectiveness of brand name versus generic drugs. It made no sense to me. How could two drugs with the same active ingredients work differently? I was genuinely curious as to what my results would be. What began as a tedious requirement soon became a captivating task. Because I was interested in my topic, I truly enjoyed designing ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... As a result, I changed my major to biochemistry at the end of my freshman year. I spent the rest of college knowing I wanted to be a pharmacist. I studied and obtained my Pharmacy Technician certification and license at the beginning of my sophomore year and became employed a few months later. Ever since, I ve experienced constant affirmation that pharmacy was right for me. I felt more motivated to attend and study for my classes because I actually enjoyed what I was learning. I had classmates who detested our biology and organic chemistry classes, but I was hooked. I was captivated by the way drugs interact with the neurotransmitters in our body and how even the most minute changes to chemical structure can completely change the route of action of a drug. The more upper level courses I took, the more reinforced my decision to pursue pharmacy became. It just felt right. During my time working as a technician, I have interacted with multiple pharmacists at different retail pharmacy locations. Because of this, I observed how pharmacists interact with patients and gained experience adapting to different clientele to best fit their needs. I love the feeling of instant gratification that I get when I am able to help a patient. Through my experience, I realized that pharmacist s play a vital role in patient care. I have seen how pharmacists counsel patients and create ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Although Leonardo da Vinci was skilled in many areas such as inventing and science, it is his artwork that is most recognized. Leonardo da Vinci s lived during a time when new ideas and ways of thinking were encouraged. • 5. The Wanderer And The Dream Of The Rood Comparison Analysis In the poems The Wanderer and The Dream of the Rood, anonymous authors give way to the idea that an Almighty God will solve every problem a person has by doing two things: 1) drawing upon the memories of a warrior who has lost everything near and dear to him due to war, and 2) entering the dream of a man who has been exiled and isolated. Each piece takes its reader through the trials and tribulations that one may not relate to in this era, yet the reader is still there alongside the character wanting them to find peace with their world and themselves. Initially, it is believed that the characters will overcome their hardships and achieve the happiness they seek. However, as the reader delves deeper into the character s story, there is an overwhelming sense of incompleteness. What actually happens at the end of each piece is not written in stone telling us the story is not whole nor has a conclusion been reached. The intrapersonal thoughts being shared with the reader reveal the obstacles that keep an overall wholeness from occurring. Starting with The Wanderer, the speaker begins his tale by reminiscing upon his trials and tribulations of which he has suffered a great deal and longs for relief, the Almighty s mercy (118). He has lost his friends and no longer has anyone to confide in, forcing him to be alone with his thoughts: So I must hold in the thoughts of my heart (118). In the midst of his grieving, the Wanderer recalls a joyous occasions, such as when his friend and lord helped him to the feast (119), only to realize that what once was, is no longer. He finds comfort in his dreams, longing to be back with his liege lord again only to awaken and have reality come shattering down upon him (119). However, he comes to the conclusion that through hardship and suffering, one matures, grows, learns his place in life and how a good man holds his words back, tells his woes not too soon, baring his inner heart before knowing the best way (120). Throughout this piece, the Wanderer is struggling with losing much of what made his life whole and debating whether or not the war was worth the suffering he is faced with with no one by his side. There is a constant battle between longing for those ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 6. Member Of The Wedding Carson McCullers The Member of the Wedding depicts the emotionally turbulent summer of Frankie Addams, a socially isolated and gender nonconforming adolescent girl in the cusp of adulthood. Frankie s search for a sense of identity manifests in an idiosyncratic longing to be apart of her brother s wedding and marriage. This novel represents subjects who are not assimilated in the dominant social order or who resist to assimilate, while also develops its ideas about belonging and community. One major component of McCullers novel that struck to me was the concept of division of people. This component also seemed to me like it was the major theme of the novel. McCuller signals that by saying, this was the summer when for a long time Frankie had not been a member (McCullers 3). Frankie is growing up and McCuller takes us along in her awkward ... I believe that by wishing to pursue this, Frankie not only hopes to connect with a different group of people, but also to move past her childhood personna. McCullers writes, to start with, she decided to make herself some visiting cards with Miss F. Jasmine Addams Esq., engraved with squinted letters on a tiny card, (McCullers 51) insinuating that this name change was a start of something, sort of, new. McCullers often would refer back to, the old Frankie , (McCullers 50) as if it were a completely different person. Apparently, it was the old Frankie of yesterday who had been puzzled, but F. Jasmine did not wonder anymore , (McCullers 50) which made it seem as though Frankie had suddenly found herself and the group in which she had always wanted to be a member of. However, the task of escaping adolescence was easier said than done and simply calling yourself by a new, older sounding name just didn t do the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The process of fracking requires drilling into the Earth before high pressure liquids directed at the rock help to release the gas trapped inside it. Water, sand and various other chemicals injected into the rocks, with great pressure, that allow the gas to flow out of the well. The process can be carried out vertically and horizontally, however it is common to use the latter as it helps in creating more ways to release gas. In 2011, the United States produced 8.5 million cubic feet of natural gas, a value of nearly $36 billion, from shale gas alone. As a result, the U.S. is now the world s top manufacturer of natural gas. Imported gases compose merely 8 percent of total natural gas consumption in the United States. Since America does not rely on imported gas, the United States has balanced it trade as the U.S. domestic supply has grown to meet its demand. Business magnate T. Boone Pickens stated, Natural gas is the best transportation fuel. It is better than gasoline or diesel. It is cleaner, it is cheaper, and it is domestic. Natural gas is 97% domestic fuel. One might ask themselves if white is superior over colored skin. There have been numerous struggles and much success in the fight towards equality between the races. Although many large steps have been made, there are still existing racial barriers. One particular struggle is whether or not people of different races should interact with each other. In the short story, Two men and others looked at the four boys jumping and jiggling on the platform and thought, It must be fun to ride that way (191). Men normally have influence to control dangerous situations and instead of using this power to persuade the boys to come into a safe place, they allow the children to continue to endanger their lives. The women on the train became very angry when they look at the four boys. Most of them brought their brows together hoping the boys would see their extreme disapproval (191). In the story, one woman in the subway car saw that three of the boys were Negroes and the fourth was something else she couldn t tell for sure. She was afraid that they would be fresh and laugh at her and embarrass her (191). It seems that the women are scared of even confronting the barrier that separates her from the children. The racial wall is so intimidating to the women that all they could do is sit and watch the young boys in fear of their safety. As time passed, the racial begun to slowly deteriorate. Sometimes, motherly instincts will overcome anything, and in this case it is to persuade the women to stand up to the children. This was ironic because he did not choose to join the Army on his own. He, like many others, was part of the Vietnam draft. My father had no intentions of being a military man. After the war ended and he satisfied his minimal service requirements, he did not leave. He re enlisted and went on to serve 20 years in the Army. He retired before he was 40. Following the U.S. entrance into World War II in 1941, the U.S. government commissioned the Hughes Aircraft Company to build a large flying boat capable of carrying men and materials over long distances. Because of wartime restrictions on steel, Hughes decided to build his aircraft out of wood laminated with plastic and covered with fabric, and they had a wingspan of 320 feet and was powered by eight giant propeller engines. Development of the Spruce Goose cost a phenomenal $23 million and took so long that the war had ended by the time of its completion in 1946. On November 2, 1947, Hughes obliged, taking the prototype out into Long Beach Harbor, CA for an unannounced flight test. Here, we have examples of how the drive for political and economic power presents itself as a defined goal and a justification for executing violence towards a hated group. It is in our human nature to assign stereotypes to particular ethnic groups and negative stereotypes provide the foundations for such violence to occur. Hoffmann (1986) suggests stereotypes are cognitive constructs created out of a kernel of truth and then distorted beyond reality . Such stereotypes can act as the drivers for violence. Similarly, when terrorists are trained, they are taught hatred towards opposing groups. The terrorist notebooks revealed that students received specific lessons on who should die. For example, students learnt to oppose Uzbekistans rulers, who were described as being betrayers of faith. Teachings about opposing groups appear to be based on distortions of reality, as the writer claims that the teachers relatively uneducated. Thus, it appears in both cases, a generalised view of the enemy often acts as a driver for violence, in addition to solidarity being felt for one s own group. • 27. The Deaths Of Normal Stars Neutron Stars Guadalupe Zamudio SMT 314 03 Professor Dawdy October 26, 2016 The deaths of normal stars give birth to neutron stars. Neutron Stars are products of the so called supernova. Supernovae transpire during the death of a highly developed star which occurs when there is not enough nuclear fuel to keep the pressure intact inside the core of a star (Gursky 1975). The aftermath of a supernova is crucial because it frees iron, carbon, copper, and oxygen along with other elements found in a star. This explosion completely demolishes the star and has the ability to transform into either a black hole or neutron star (Freddy 2006). These supernovae are extremely bright and every 200 years there is an explosion that happens to be big enough and bright enough to be seen from earth. Neutron stars are very significant within the universe. It is said that the neutron star was discovered before the before the neutron. It was Lev Landau who first wrote about and studied dense stars. He focused his research on the idea there were objects in the universe that were denser than but as small as white dwarfs and regular stars (Haensel 2007). This focus leads to the discovery of the fascinating and complicated neutron star. The end is only the beginning for neutron stars. The neutron star is composed of the combination of both electron and protons that will develop into purely neutrons, which make up the core (Astronomy 2016). The density of neutron stars is so ... • 28. Biblical Philosophy Of Team Building And Managing Conflict Biblical Philosophy of Team Building and Managing Conflict Submitted to Dr. Timothy A. Hager TEAM BUILDING AND MANAGING CONFLICT CMIN 5163 By Tyler Sollie 28112 231st Place SE Maple Valley, WA 98038 (509) 941 0029 tylers@northwestministry.com Northwest University Kirkland, WA December 15, 2014 Introduction Teams take on all shapes and sizes. It seems as if you don t have to look very far to see both the importance and impact that teams have on almost every aspect of life as we know it. Those who learn how to properly harness the power of teamwork understand how it can create an incredible opportunity and potential for progress and accomplishment. Teams that find the ability to work together with a sense of unity and common vision seem to produce at high levels of effectiveness. Teamwork also, however, can create environments where conflict and challenge can easily arise and hinder the ability to work together with effectiveness. Patrick Lencioni states, As difficult as it is to build a cohesive team, it is not complicated. As simple as it may be, for many leaders the ability to build, develop and properly utilize teams is a challenge. For church ministry leaders, the ability to build and develop teams and manage conflict are vital skill sets that must be invested in to understand and develop. In the pages ahead I plan to explore from a biblical perspective of why the building and development of teams is so important, and some of the challenges that ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 29. Feminist Sexological Analysis The field of sexology is extremely valuable and yet often overlooked and taken for granted. Further, the field of feminist sexology goes unnoticed or is just flat out excluded even more often. This is certainly no indicator of its importance to society, though. Feminist sexology is vital to countering the exclusionist approach of traditional sexology and providing new ways of approaching societal systems and their issues. The poster fair itself was interesting and overall a positive experience in the end. However, working on the project certainly had its ups and downs for my group and proved to be a highly exasperating and frustrating process. Sexology as a field is relatively young, having only been around for less than 200 years, and feminist ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Due to issues with one of the group members keeping bare minimum contact with us while doing the bare minimum of work, waiting until last minute to tell us he wouldn t make it to meet with us, and then eventually deciding to drop the class and tell us the day before the poster fair, the project ended up becoming pretty stressful for both myself and for Taylor. However, as much as group projects can be stressful and frustrating and this one was for us, I believe the poster fair project is a productive and positive project for this class because it allows a concentrated mix of ideas and opinions while working on a project and there s no way to do something like an informational poster fair as an individual project without requiring significantly more time over the semester. As far as how our poster turned out, I feel like ours fell short in appearance, layout, and overall cleanliness. I don t feel like our design was laid out as well as it could have been, though that is partially because we had originally intended to have another topic of feminist sexology included in the poster which was our third group member s part demedicalization of women s sexuality and sexual problems. That fact also made me feel our poster lacked overall flow and, in some ways, information since having only one issue of feminist sexology seemed like not enough. However, given our circumstances, I am pleased with what we were able to pull off and make work for our poster and I feel that we fell along the line with many of the other posters from the other ... • 30. Consumer Education Curriculum Analysis When starting out on this project, I was planning a module for District 95 s consumer education course. The goal was to bring a blended learning or distance learning opportunity to the students within the District. While planning and designing this module, many different aspects came up. Who will be implementing this module, how long will it take the learners to get through the module, how does this module compare to the face to face classroom, how will this module be implemented, and what will be in place for a backup plan in case the technology component fails. Throughout this paper we will be taking an in depth look at each of these aspects, in order to give a clear picture of this module. Part A: The Who and How Based on Figure 1, we ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... We could control the content of the course, knowing that it aligns with what our District s objectives are, and most importantly keep FTE up. Thus, the beginning of planning the module. At this point I, myself am going to be the one who will be doing them implementation, but if the program takes off, I could end up training others in the Business Education Department on how to instruct the course. Twelve Days That is correct, 12 days. The traditional summer sessions are Monday through Thursdays, from 7:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with Fridays as a non attendance day. When breaks are removed that is four hours of instructional time. The idea of distance learning brought up a few areas of discontentment. The first came from the Business Education Department, how to keep the validity of the unit tests. Even in the face to face classroom, I have seen students take screenshots of the materials located on Canvas (our learning management software). This reason alone, is why this module went from being a full distance learning course, to a blended learning course. Blended learning courses incorporate both online and face to face activities, often require more preparation time outside of the classroom for students than traditional face to face courses (Margolis, Poter, Pitterle, 2017). Students will be expected to come into the building for the unit tests after they have completed the online module with all the formative assessments. District 95 offers two ... • 31. A Digital Forensic Examiner Is On The Receiving End Of The... A cellular phone rings in a Northern Virginia suburban home; it is 3:00 AM. A digital forensic examiner is on the receiving end of the phone call. The local police department is requesting the examiner s expertise and his state of the art forensic lab. An individual has just been arrested on child pornography charges, as well as, possible drug trafficking. The suspect is believed to be the ringleader in a drug cartel so this has the potential to be a massive investigation. • 32. How To Write A Rhetorical Analysis Of A Snowstorm This painting is about a lower class family that is going through a snowstorm in the middle of the winter to survive instead of just staying inside the warm house. This painting is called the snowstorm and was painted by Francisco Goya to illustrate a lighter but still hard time in life. This painting is about a family out in a snowstorm and illustrates a lot about the character of the family with the hardships that they went through, along with the desperation and willpower to survive. While the family is out in the middle of the snowstorm they have many hardships to deal with. The family is all grouped together in the middle of the painting with their jackets wrapped around them and their heads facing down to keep warm with snow in every direction of them as if they don t want to travel. This shows that the family is cold and, yet they have to face the hardship of the winter. The tree next to the family is severely swayed to the right the branch in front of the family was broken off from the tree and laying on the ground showing how hard it was to face the cold and wind of the storm. A dog is in front of the family at attention on all four feet with the dog s paw prints trailing the dog showing that the family is moving in the direction away from the prints. There is a dead pig draped across and the back of a mule and tied down to it, along with a man on the left side has a gun in between his arms tucked into his body as if he is the one who hunts the food for the family. ... • 33. My Experience Of A Trip To A School Camp I m going to be honest here; I had mixed feelings about the school camp. I was standing inside a subway station with my mom and sister, waiting for my two teachers to show up. I kept on asking Mom that I want to go home and go on a school camp next year. My mom said that I m in 9th grade and going to a 3 day school camp would be a great experience. When my two teachers arrived, my sister and I said our goodbyes and off we were to camp. During the whole subway ride, I was upset about the camp; I thought it was going to be boring. However, when I got there, I realized how wrong I was. When we got to our last stop, we had to walk all the way up the hill to where our campsite was. By the time we were inside the entrance, I was exhausted. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In a couple of minutes or so, the teachers had us all sit inside a room, which was near the boys cabin. One of the teachers told us some basic camp rules and told us to turn our phones in. He encouraged us to have fun and at the same time be safe. Before we were dismissed, he pointed out that the team list and the camp schedule were posted inside the boy s and girls cabins; I looked at the team list and I was placed in Team A. In a few minutes both teams designed each of their team cheers. Finally, after that we had a water gun fight. I was splashed only once. Even though I was very wet, I was too happy to mind. It was also very hot outside, which would dry my clothes in a few minutes. During the water gun fight, the teacher told the students to stop filling up their water guns because the bathrooms got flooded and muddy. Instead of playing something else, some students found a loophole; they filled their water guns from the edible water fountain. The teacher was furious when he found out about it. I asked him that where should I fill my water bottle when there s no water in the drinking fountain. He said that the water bottle for the fountain would ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 34. Annotated Bibliography On Database Design CPSC 5340 Database Design Homework 3 Rikky Patel 9 27 2015 Part: 1 3.11. Suppose that each of the following Update operations is applied directly to the database state shown in Figure 3.6. Discuss all integrity constraints violated by each operation, if any, and the different ways of enforcing these constraints. e. Insert into DEPENDENT. Answer: This operation is accepted and it can be successfully inserted. g. Delete the EMPLOYEE tuple with Ssn = 987654321 . Answer: This operation can t be used. Because Ssn has been used as a foreign key of WORKS_ON, EMPLOYEE and DEPARTMENT relations ad deleting records with Ssn = 987654321 will leave no corresponding entry for record in WORKS_ON relation. If we want to delete this data than we need to delete it from all the tables. h. Delete the PROJECT tuple with Pname = ProductX . Answer: This operation can t be used. Because Pnumber has been used as a foreign key of WORKS_ON relation and deleting record with Pname = ProductX will also delete product with Pnumber = 1 . Since this value has been used in WORKS_ON table so deleting this record will violate referring integrity constraint. If we want to delete this data than we also have to delete data from corresponding tables. i.
