Background / Overview With so many recruiting
companies and platforms out there as well as a
competitive, skilled and specialized workforce; job
seekers are struggling to find their perfect fit.
Monster.ca’s 6Sense™ Search Technology delivers
precise and relevant results that match job seekers
with the right opportunities faster and better than ever.
What is the purpose of the advertising? The purpose
of the advertising is to trigger consumers’ attention
about 6Sense™ so that they search for it and relate it
to Monster.ca
Target Audience: Who are we talking to?
The target audience, Alia, is a 31-year-old female who
lives in Scarborough with her aunt (and family). She
is single and finishing her post-graduate program at
Sheridan College in Advertising Account Management.
She spends most of her time in college or commuting
to and from it. As a newcomer in Canada who moved
to pursue a career shift from banking to advertising,
she is worried about finding the right job in an industry
she’s very passionate about and a market she’s still
getting acquainted with. On weekends, she works as
a waitress at Paramount Fine Foods and earns the
minimum wage. Her plan is to finish college with a
Canadian work experience and a Canadian diploma.
Alia knows what she wants and what she likes, she
is a very technical and Informed Job Seeker looking
for specific roles and hoping to find them in the most
efficient way possible - that’s where Monster.ca comes
in!
