3. 1. Company Introduction
The tube company was established in 1994 and went into
production in 1996. After 10 years of development, it has been one of
the biggest professional precision tube companies in China, even in
Asia.
The seamless pipe production capacity of our company is 2 tons
per year. product group interval is Φ4~Φ219mm, TH0.5~
30mm,maximum length 19m. the product is popular used in aviation,
space flight, nuclear energy, boiler, chemical engineering, fertilizer,
chemical fiber, food , medicine, etc. Our company is the professional
production base of seamless pipe in China.
Our company have three product lines, precision tube & “San
Hua tube" production line, which at 90's advanced level, is to supply
high precision tube to the needs of highly advanced industry ,such as
aviation, aerospace, nuclear energy, chemical, chemical fertilizer,
chemical fiber, during the “Eight Five-year plan”. Before that, the
needs of high precision tube depended on import from other country
for a long time.
4. 2. Organization of Production
Providing raw tube Our company has perfect smelt metal and drilling skill,
whose technical merit is also leading position in china . As one of the largest
special steel production bases, we have electric arc furnace , electroslag furnace,
vacuum induced furnace, non-vacuum induced furnace, electron bombardment
furnace, vacuum and high-temperature alloy, AOD and VOD finery etc. many
types of melt furnace. We can manufacture many types of special steel, high
temperature steel which can satisfy many kinds of requirements, we have the
optimum condition of offering steel billets.
Drilling
Two-roller cone mill drilling Our company haveφ100mm two-roller cone mill
machine , maximal drilling standard is φ115mm, the advantages of this two-
roller cone mill are high ratio of finished product and short production period.
Apply to general carbon structure steel , alloy structure steel and common
stainless steel.
Extrusion drilling Our company have a 3150 ton extrusion machine, that's a
only of ferrous metal metallurgical industry in China. At the present time most
of the overseas company (like Sandvik etc., the famous tube company) are
using extrusion machine in drilling of stainless steel tube and high-temperature
alloy tube. Because extrusion process makes low plasticity high alloy deformed
easily, which is unmanageable .We obtained fine surface and uniformity
quality of the tube billets, which is the best way of providing special steel ,
high-temperature, hard steel tube billets.
5. ——Adopting the advanced pilger cold rolling and trichloroethylene degreasing
technology, to make sure that length of tube, high of dimensional precision and good
surface quality.
▲ Tube length attainability is more then 20 meters (under specified conditions, the
length can be lengthened. Solving the problems of furnace tube, heat exchanger tube
can’t be jointed and reducing of jointing points etc., due to the reasons of technology,
safety etc.. It can meet the requirement of the length of U-pipe transporting and
heating water for large boilers, preventing the problem of nonuniform quality which
is caused by jointing.
▲ The precision of rolled tube is high, the size tolerance as follows: diameter
±0.1mm,wall thickness±5%,can meet the requirement of high pressure boiler
tube working and technology.
▲ Tube’s surface quality is good, the brightness of internal and external surface
after rolling could reach 1.6um, even higher, improve the tube’s foundation in high
temperature, enable it’s high temperature creep rupture strength is higher than tubes
with rough surface.
▲ We degrease HN03+HF by adopting the trichloroethylene degreasing
technology. Traditional degreasing technology may cause the defect of superacid or
poor acid resistant-corrosive property of tube by mishandling in production. The
trichloroethylene degreasing prevents the defect effectively and has no effect on
resistant-corrosive property.
6. —— By adopting the bright heat treatment technology, H2+N2 protection or pure
H2 bright heat treatment technics is adopted during medium and final production of
steel tube. After heat treatment tube’s outside is nonoxidation, during the working tube
don’t need acid cleaning, to avoid acid corrosion of finished surface, that will let
resistant-corrosive down.
Polishing Combined Sand-Belt Grinding and Polishing Working Machine set
imported from Germany is a advanced machine, when it’s polishing abrasive band and
tube elastic contact that can’t burn the surface, and the cutting speed and stress is
uniform that ensure the quality within the standard range. By polishing, we can
upgrade the surface quality and size tolerance, obtain precise size and bright surface.
Packaging Mark The company’s products are used plastic pipe closure at the
both ends, and adopted by the pipe jet printing technology under computer control. We
put obvious signs on the whole pipe surface, and mark clear indication of steel grade,
heat number, specifications, standards, manufacturers, etc., that is very convenient for
customers.
Nondestructive Test Because of the high requirement of security, we adopt
repeated nondestructive test to avoid defects. We have U1trsonic and Eddy-current
Inspectors which can satisfy the production requirement. Meantime we imported a
high precision Eddy-current & U1trsonic Inspection machine from Germany, which
can test the tube from lengthways and transverse orientations, this machine has run
two years normally, and ensure the quality of tube within the standard range.
7. 3.Manufacturing Process
Extrusion Process
Electric furnace melting → refining → bloom pass (or forging
process) →tube blank process (peeling, sectioning, drilling, end
processing)→ pre-heating→ first induction heating →expanding →
second induction heating→ extruding→ heat treatment →
straightening→ finishing → testing (physical and chemical, surface
inspection, non-destructive inspection)→ finishing (end preparation,
cut-to-length, polishing)→ marking, packing and storage
8. Cold rolling (drawing) technology
Electric furnace melting → refining → bloom pass (or forging
process) → tube blank process → hot extrusion or hot drilling →
pickling → cold rolling or cold drawing → degreasing → heat
treatment → straightening → cutting tube → nondestructive
testing → physical & chemical testing → finish surface and
size inspection → marking, packing and storage

11. 5. Typical Products
——High-temperature alloy tubes, heat resistance and erosion
resistance alloy tubes. The typical grades are UNS NO6600、
INCOLOY800、310S、Inconel690、Inconel625. It’s popular used in
aviation、space flight 、petrifaction 、etc.
—— Boiler、over-heat tube、heat exchanger seamless pipe。The
typical grades are TP304、TP304H、TP347H、A387 Gr.B、P11、
A106 Gr.B 、 etc. Main product standards are GB5310、ASTM
A213/A213M、GB13296,maximum outgoing tube is 19 meters。
——Stainless seamless tubes for structure and fluid transport. The
typical grades are TP304、TP316、TP304L、TP316L、5120、5140、
DIN 1.8507、30CrMnSiA、09MnV 、 etc. Main product standards are
GB/T14975、GB/T14976、ASTM A269、ASTM A312/A312M、
GB8162、GB8163、GB9948等。
