3) Going forward, the EHR4CR Champion Program aims to further validate and scale up the platform through partnerships with additional hospitals and research organizations, overseen by the newly formed European Institute for Innovation through Health Data.

A large open source initiative for standardisation and epidemiological analysis for real world data is OHDSI: Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics. OHDSI leverages the OMOP common data model for observational data, and provides data analysis tools for a broad range of use cases. This talk will explain OMOP and OHDSI with case study IMI EMIF, in which health data from over 50 million patients from 13 national and regional European registries is brought together.

This document discusses a cost-benefit analysis of using electronic health records (EHR) data for clinical research compared to current practices. It assesses the value of the Electronic Health Records for Clinical Research (EHR4CR) platform, which was developed to enable the reuse of EHR data for clinical research. Hypotension, or low blood pressure, is when the pressure of blood circulating in the body is lower than normal or expected. It's only a problem if it negatively impacts the body and causes symptoms. Normal blood pressure is usually between 90/60 mmHg and 120/80 mmHg, but pressures below 90/60 are generally considered hypotensive.
