Productivity is the will to improve on the present situation, no
matter how good it may seem, no matter how good it may
really be. It can also be defined as the continual effort to apply
new techniques and new methods in achieving desired results.
Productivity builds Competence, enhances Quality and sustains
Creativity. Competence is the ability to do something successfully
or efficiently. Quality in simple terms refers to a state that satisfies
all stakeholders, ticks off all metrics or checklists and attains such
within stipulated time.
