5. Introduction
The SAG Group consists of three companies with
different ranges of services. The Digital Print Unit of
the SAG Group not only handles internal print jobs,
but also distributes all-over printed fabrics for the
local market, or for export to Europe.

It is located 167/5, West Mudafa, Tongi, Gazipur, Post
code-1711, Bangladesh. It is started in 2006. Since then,
have grown to more than 1100 employees. This
garments produce more than 350,000 garments per
month.

8. Sample department
The initial stage of the production task faces is our
sample portion. The first team is to create the right
pattern according to customer's specifications.

9. Knitting department
Fabric production covers 15,800 square meters. The
purpose-built, two-story building provides space for
15 circular knitting machines as well as yarn store.

10. Printing department
Besides classic screen printing, we also offer "All Over
Digital Printing", which is sublimation and reactive
printing of polyester fabrics and natural fibers. In
doing so, we meet all required sustainability
parameters such as Blue Sign, Reach and FSC.

11. Cutting department
The cut quality is crucial for the production of high-
quality garments. Our five-stage quality inspection
helps ensure that only the highest quality blanks are
delivered to the sewing shop.

12. Embroidery department
We can produce various types of embroidery,
including appliqué, patches and patches. The capacity
of our 20-person Tajima machines ranges from 2000 to
5000 pieces per day.

13. Sewing department
In the sewing department, the cuts become finished
garments. Here, too, each work step is checked again.
Its goal is to find and fix defects to maintain the
highest product quality.

14. Quality control department
Ensures products meet standards, identifies defects,
and maintains quality through inspections and testing
processes .

15. Finishing & packing department
The finishing and packing department is responsible
for the final processing, quality control, and packaging
of products before they are ready for distribution or
sale.

16. Shipping department
Handles documentation and customs clearance
processes for international shipments. Ensures on-time
delivery of finished goods to customers and buyers.

The canteen is a break area and meeting place in one.
This regenerative, inviting space is an indispensable
part of our corporate culture and supports the
recovery phase of our employees . Besides, It has also
