1980s, with the first B–2 Spirit being debuted on Nov. 22, 1988 in Palmdale, California. The first recorded B–2 Spirit flight was on July 17, 1989, less

effectiveness of the MCTP (Mission Command Training Program). Unlike the traditional training centers that focus on training units on the ground, the
MCTP used the simulation programs to carry out training operations. The project provided the efficient strategy to carry out the training, maximized
the limited resources, and saved the Department of Army fund for the long–term training project. Typically, the MCTP was the Army Combat Training
Center (CTC) that assisted units in building teams as well as developing process to plan and conduct operations in theater. The top priority of the

Nature", published in 1995 by the New York Times and in Uncommon Ground: Toward Reinventing Nature, Cronon traced the idea of wilderness
throughout American history. Cronon presents the potential danger in society's traditional concept of wilderness. He points out how society detached
itself from nature simply by idealizing it and thinking of it as something distant and remote. Approaching the concept of nature in this way leads to an
ultimate separation of us, as members of society, from what we could consider to be our true home. As a result of that, the nature is seen as wild,

Today, the group has become one of the largest defence contractors in the world with customers over 100 countries and combined sales of group
exceeding ВЈ22bn in 2010, compared to ВЈ13bn in 2006.
BAE Systems had a market capitalisation of ВЈ11.3bn as on 31 December 2010 whereas its net assets on year–end had a value of ВЈ5.4bn. The
difference in the figures itself illustrates the company's value and position in the market.

Note: The 'Defense News' figures were used to avoid inaccuracies of exchange rates when converting BAE figures from ВЈ to $ for each year. Defense
News has not published the 2010 figures yet.
As indicated in Chart 2, BAE has had consistent growth in revenue over the last five years which is in line with the growth in the industry itself.
However, BAE had the highest relative growth among its competitors and surpassed both Northrop and Boeing to become the second largest defence
contractor from number four in 2005. Such steady growth has placed the company in a superior position in the industry. It has also given BAE the

ability to continue to compete against its rivals and win contracts for national governments as well as develop advanced products.

3. PURPOSE OF THE INTERVENTION:
The purpose of Total Quality Management is to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the goods or services offered by the
organization. This improvement is centered on the product or services, and the processes involved in making or delivering the product or service to the
customer. Ultimately the goal of TQM is to make quality the way of doing things within the organization.
4. EFFECTIVENESS CRITERIA:

In all Total Quality Management programs the ultimate effectiveness criterion is customer satisfaction. According to the research, to reach this ultimate
goal of effectiveness requires that the organization measure several other criteria on a continual basis (Weaver, 1991; Hackman & Wageman, 1995;
Dahlgaard, 1999; Clark, 2000). The appropriate criteria to measure depends on the type of organization, and whether they deliver a product or a
service. In a production–based organization, the effectiveness criteria are divided into product measures and employee measures. The possible
measures for the product include: increases in production, increases in sales, increases in market share, increases in stock prices, reductions in the
product cycle time, reductions in the number of reworks, reductions in the inventories, and reductions in customer returns. The employee measures

Jane's group provides a directory of Worldwide weapon system and the companies that manufacture them. This selection covers Northrop Corporation
and their current aircraft, the F–5 series, and developments. Details are primarily related to aircraft capabilities and customer nations, with brief history
of the aircraft.
As the premier weapons database, Jane's focuses on capabilities and employment of combat aircraft. To this end, information is limited to mission of
the end user and difference in licensed variants. The author keeps focus on the weapons systems and variations of performance and systems between

Tambini compiles a sizeable amount of information from F–5 employment during the Vietnam Conflict. His focus is on the early US employment of
modified F–5's, Skoshi Tiger, through subsequent transfer and use by the South Vietnamese Airforce (VNAF). The research covers developments
during Vietnam and the lessons learned from the conflict, spending very little time on development history. Operational readiness, aircraft loss reports,
and flight hour costs make up the bulk of the information.
While there are some grammatical errors present in the work, the author does an admirable job in conveying the ability and importance of the F–5
during its operational 'life' in Vietnam. The facts do an effective job of highlighting the mistakes of the 'bigger is better' mindset of American aircraft
development teams during the 1960s–1970s. This book speaks directly to the notion that well designed aircraft can do as good, if not better, a job for

Martin's first aircraft he designed caused he a significant amount of grief because he foolishly tried to turn the prop of the aircraft with no one at

Theft Corporation (ITC) project. The project also provides a risk and financial plan.
Identity theft protection service is a very big industry amounting to more than $4 billion a year. However, the annual loss recorded in the United States
is more than $50 billion due to identity theft, and the U.S government has decided to spend approximately $55 billion to combat ID theft. With
significant increase in ID theft, the market for ID theft protection service continues to grow and will reach $12.3 billion in 2014. (Research and

Northrop Grumman as a PAC Northrop Grumman is a US based defense firm that produces many US military's aircraft and drones. The company was
founded in 1939 by Jack Northrop. The company designed and built several planes during WWII including the P–61 Black Widow of which over 700
were built. In 1962 Northrop introduced the F–5 Freedom Fighter, which is still used to this day by the US Navy and several other foreign air forces. In
1994, the company purchased fellow aerospace company Grumman to form Northrop Grumman. Today they produce and maintain many US military
aircraft, such as the F/A–18 Hornet, the A–10 Thunderbolt II, and the B–2 Spirit. As a PAC, according to Northrop Grumman's website, their purpose
is to educate elected officials as to their business practices, enable their employees to support candidates, and provide "limited direct corporate political
