SHELL Model. The SHEL Model was developed by a Professor Elwyn Edwards in 1972 and it was

see all the human factors that were involved in the accident utilizing following aspects software,

runway overrun accident caused by human factors.

Saul was born on 5 AD in Tarsus and died on 67 AD in Rome. He changed his name to Paul after
he was baptized to reflect on his new persona and to begin travelling and preaching. He was a

importance of creating an integrated relationship with their suppliers and customers. Managing the
supply chain has become a way of improving competitiveness by reducing uncertainty and

America. They are doing manufacturing for contract, private label and branded products. To
determine their strongest and weakest territories, products and customers they are gathering sales
tracings data from their distributors. At current, salesteam collecting their own tracings data and
analysis them to see who is their best and worst customers, products and territories. It is really

Structural violence has become a frequently used instrument in the word of systemic oppression.
This type of oppression and unfair limitations of civil, criminal and basic human rights can cause
suffering and death to many innocent lives. Sociologist Johan Galtung was the one who
developed this theory of structural violence. Indicated in one of his articles Violence, Peace, and
Peace Research , structural violence is the systematic constraint on human potential due to
economic and political structures (Galtung, 1969, p.177). Galtung is telling the readers that
certain groups of people are systematically being limited to resources in society either directly or
indirectly. Structural violence has been described as the most basic of fundamental form of
violence, as it is expressive of the conditions of society that reproduce mass violations of
personhood twenty four hours a day, seven days a week (Barak, 2003, p.113). This demonstrates

Oroonoko: The Savior and Dismemberment The long narrative of Oroonoko is that of an Africa
Prince and his beloved. Both of them were sold into slavery by the British and are brought to
Surinam. Imoinda was sold into slavery first by Oroonoko s grandfather. Oroonoko was tricked
by a royal guest and then sold to Trefry. This owner befriended Oroonoko and it shows
compassion, purity, and persuasiveness on both Oroonoko s part and on Trefry s. This is where
Oroonoko has his name changed to Caesar as was custom with slaves. It is a practice that further
removes them from their homeland and severs any ties to their identity with their families. He then
