CircleBuy is a second screen application that allows users to visually search and purchase products seen in videos. It addresses that 87% of consumers use a second screen device while watching TV. Related works like Snap Fashion and TheTake were discussed. An evaluation of CircleBuy was proposed to assess the effectiveness, ease of use and enjoyment of the visual search and purchase process. It was found that the similarity between search results and products in videos impacts user satisfaction. While 3D models and sharing may provide some value, they are not critical to the purchase decision. The conclusion is that CircleBuy can facilitate the entire process of visually identifying and purchasing products from videos.
