I have been bless to experience two different internship from different agencies; the first one at
Every Woman Works. This organization help women to gain work skills to secure employment.
The second one is at A Place for me Counseling agency. At both internships, I have observed that
each staff person is addressed by Ms and first name. The clients are addressed by their first name. I
see this being done our of respect for the job coaches at Every Woman Works and the client seeking
