Guns have always been a major problem in the United States of America. The Second
Amendment to the Constitution gives us the right to bear arms, which makes everyone feel
they need to have a gun, and that can lead to dangerous situations for people in the US. It is very
easy to get yourself a gun. It costs less than an iPhone to get. The problem I am trying to get at is
that there are inevitably going to be gun use violations, and people can use the Second
Amendment to get guns way too easily. My essay will deal with how we can create laws and
practices to regulate guns, how we can stop guns from getting into the wrong hands, and also how
we can prevent mass shootings.
This is all one big picture. There is a slippery slope, where one problem leads to another. I feel
that most people don t understand what the Second Amendment means to other people. Many
people think, I have to carry a gun on me at all times or, Since I have the right to, I am going to

I am part of a generation of economists that grew up online. Thus, I have witnessed the growth
promise and disruptive potential of Internet based technologies driven by their capacity to
amplify and propagate economic phenomena. I want to develop and test theories about the
economy wide impact of digital technologies. My (micro)empiricist side built working with Amy
Finkelstein at NBER and Edward Miguel at UC Berkeley tells me to trust data more than
anecdotal evidence. Simultaneously, my (macro)theorist side developed at Universitat Pompeu

The Boxer Rebellion was an uprising initiated in China, after the Chinese suffered many
devastating defeats at the hands of foreign powers. Originating in the 1900 s, a secret organisation

Christians and foreigners. They became known in the West as the boxers , for their martial arts
fighting style. What caused the Boxer Rebellion? There were three main causes.

overseas are not subject to taxation in America. The IRS spent years requesting documents and
interviews with Microsoft employees regarding the investigation. In December of 2014, the IRS
sued Microsoft in order to force them to turnover documents and information that the IRS
claimed the company failed to provide in the investigation. Microsoft s position in regards to the
IRS is that they abused their federal power when they hired an outside law firm to aide them in
auditing Microsoft. In 2014, the IRS decided to hire an outside law firm to discuss the case
against Microsoft. The problem was that the law firm, Quinn Emanuel, had little experience
handling taxpayer data, and in order for the firm to perform the audit, it needed the classified,
secret tax documents that was provided by the IRS. However, according to current U.S. law, only
employees of the IRS are authorized to view those files. In light of this, Microsoft asked that the
information requested by the IRS should be thrown out
