learn. When we run from
conflicts or blame it on
someone, it leads to a
bigger issue. We believe in
approaching it from an
angle of perspective,
respect, transparency, and
trust

to connect us from all parts of

schedule is part of flexibility
and an important aspect of a
heart culture.

Allow humans to create their schedules
as we have to see how one belongs
from an extended lens - family
obligations, an ill parent, a handicapped
child or parent, self care must be taken
into consideration.
Various facets of our job tasks can be
automated without eliminating the job
created. Instead adopting a new
harmonious work week creates stability
to our humans. Adopt a new full time
work week to become 25 to 30 hours a
week without reducing the pay.

Location, time, schedule is part of flexibility and an important aspect of a heart culture. Various facets of our job tasks can be automated without eliminating the job created. Instead adopting a new harmonious work week creates stability to our humans. Adopt a new full time work week to become 25 to 30 hours a week without reducing the pay.
