This document presents a study on conflict resolution strategies in the workplace. It identifies the objectives of understanding various conflict resolution techniques and analyzing their effectiveness. The analysis section describes structural and interpersonal conflict management strategies like accommodating, collaborating, avoiding, compromise and confrontation. It concludes that by understanding and implementing effective conflict resolution practices, organizations can create a healthier, more productive work environment which benefits employee well-being and overall success. It recommends training employees in resolution skills and encouraging open communication.
