There is a theory that motivation can only come from within, however, as a manager you will have the responsibility to not only manage the daily activities of your employees but to also motivate them. Understanding the individual characteristics of your employees is key as this allows you to have a personal approach based on their personality rather than relying solely on your leadership style. Having a strong understanding of motivational theories will aid in your ability to motivate personnel.
In this chart complete the following:
1. Give a complete description of your understanding of the motivational theory.
2. What type of environment or situation would be best suited to each theory. Give an example of a situation you have experienced or a situation in which you believe this would have been a good fit.
3. Describe the Pros and Cons of each theory.

You are employed at a large global high-tech company that has offices worldwide in such places as Tokyo, London, Bombay, Toronto, Mexico City, Chicago, and Seattle to name a few. Although sales have been reasonable these past few months even with the global economic crises, an internal crisis exists related to employee morale being at an all-time low. There are many different beliefs on what is right and what is wrong across the board, especially when it comes to the cultural and communication differences and the technological equipment challenges. There are also concerns regarding the selfishness of the employees; where the employees do not enjoy working as a team. Your supervisor has tasked you as the as the VP of the Service Department to prepare a research paper that will communicate information and solutions as well as provide a foundation of knowledge so that you can work with your peers and employees to solve these problems. At a minimum, your research paper must:
· What steps can management take to make the teams cohesive? Evaluate the steps that are necessary in this scenario to create high performing teams.
· Evaluate the importance of the internal environmental factors that include the cultural, language, political, and technological differences that will affect the team building process.
· What can be done to overcome the communication barriers between locations? What are the best practices that should be implemented going forward?
Present your findings as a Word document of 3-5 pages formatted in APA style.
Submitting your assignment in APA format means, at a minimum, you will need the following:
· Title page: Remember the running head and title in all capital letters.
· Abstract: This is a summary of your paper, not an introduction. Begin writing in third-person voice.
· Body: The body of your paper begins on the page following the title page and abstract page, and it must be double-spaced between paragraphs. The typeface should be 12-pt. Times Roman or 12-pt. Cou ...

Problem StatementWith operations in more than 160 countries and r.docxwkyra78
Problem Statement:With operations in more than 160 countries and regions worldwide, 340,000 employees, and $17.9 billion in annual profits - Toyota Motor Corp has been referred to as the gold standard of the automotive industry. Toyota reached success in part because of its exceptional reputation for quality and customer care. In total contrast, Toyota embodies a culture of smug, insular arrogance unable to properly handle a recall crisis. The general problem and focus of the current case study is Toyota's arrogant organizational culture and structure of denial. The goal of this study is to examine characteristics of organizational culture as it relates to crisis management.
Research Questions:
1) What is the relationship between organizational culture and ethics?
2) Compare and contrast the transparency, efficiency, and consumer trust issues of GM and Toyota.
3) How do organizational structures and models differ in contrast to Toyota's?
4) What are the behavioral implications of culture and conflict?
These questions are only food for thought. You can change these or add more. The goal is to stay consistent in research tone and focus to the research problem noted above.
SUB-HEADERS: Not limited to, your literature review MUST cross-reference and integrate a discussion on elements of the case and the following topics: (1) Organizational Culture, (2) Organization Structure, (3) Leadership, (4) Ethics, (5) Understanding Work Teams, & (6) Conflict and Negotiation. YOU MUST DISCUSS THE PROS AND CONS OF EACH. Research cannot be one-sided or it is not valid and reliable.
My Parts
Literature Review
You must address at least six scholarly resources in this section. Approach this section as a mini "book report" on each of the reference sources that significantly informed your analysis and proposed solutions. Give the reader an encapsulated review of what information you found most relevant to your research. You may have found conflicting opinions/theories related to your topic area. Identify and discuss any such contrasts and/or describe in detail significant agreement among your sources. Your literature review should be separate and distinct from your analysis section; it is a summation of your research.
Solution
s
Identify at least three potential workable solutions to your problem and identify the pros and cons of each alternative solution and its high-level implementation steps.
Identify your preferred solution and describe exactly what should be done and how it should be done, including by whom, with whom, and in what sequence. Always explain your thinking behind your final solution set. It's important to be clear about why a particular alternative (solution) was chosen, as opposed to others.
Reflection : Think about this assignment and write a well-thought-out reflective statement about how this assignment influenced your personal, academic, and professional leadership and managerial development.

PHI 2604 CREATING YOUR OUTLINE
A good practice before you write your paper is to create an outline. This should include 1) your thesis statement (main argument), 2) an outline and 3) a works cited page.
Follow the MLA style unless otherwise clarified with the professor.
The outline should be more detailed than just noting a) Introduction, b) argument, c) conclusion. This is too superficial to be helpful for you. Instead consider the main concepts that you will explain, or the main argument you will make and how each of the elements of the paper fit together.
In developing your outline, it may be helpful to keep the following in mind regarding philosophy papers:
"A philosophy paper presents a reasoned defense of some thesis. So a philosophy paper typically does at least one of the following:
• Defends a thesis by offering plausible reasons to support it
• Defends a thesis by showing that arguments against it are unconvincing
• Criticizes a thesis by showing that the arguments for it are unconvincing
• Contrasts two or more views on a given issue and argue for one view over the other."

Negative Consequences: Single Use Plastic and Its Detriment to the Greater Good
Environmental pollution is detrimental to non-human well-being and one of the major contributors is the creation of single use plastic, much of which ends up in the oceans. We have all seen the disturbing images of turtles with plastic bags around their necks or whales, sharks and dolphins whose post-mortems reveal stomachs full of plastic debris (Hastings, 209). However, single use plastic is also detrimental to human well-being because, I argue, human health and happiness is only possible within a thriving and healthy environment. In other words, single use plastic is a moral concern. In this paper, I review single use plastic according to the utilitarian principle that we ought “to act according to the greater good for the greater number,” (Bentham, 205) and that we ought to do our utmost to reduce suffering in both human and non-human species. I also consider Bentham’s claim that “one only counts as one” and argue that from a utilitarian perspective, we should dissuade the production of single use plastic.
Outline
I. Thesis (see above)
II. Explanation of plastic pollution and its impact on the oceans and sea life. Include details of human suffering as a “Cascade Effect” of plastic pollution. Include statistics from a valid source and relevant quotes.
III. An explanation of Utilitarianism and how it can be used to argue for the banning of single use plastic. You can explain the framework and how it was developed to guard against ethical egoism and the self-interest of the wealt.

Case 6 Report Instructions
CASE 6: The Financial Detective, 2016
Case Introduction/Overview
This case presents the student with financial ratios for eight pairs of unidentified companies and asks them to mate the description of the company with the financial profile derived from the ratios. The primary objective of this case is to introduce students to financial ratio analysis—in particular, the range of ratios and the insights each one affords. This case presumes that students have already been introduced to the definitions of various financial ratios through other readings or lectures. Search the web if you need a refresher on ratios (there are many articles and tutorials on this topic).
The structured exploration of pairs of companies within an industry affords a number of important insights into strategy and financial performance. First, the economics of individual industries account for significant variations in financial ratios because of differences in technologies, product characteristics, or competitive structures. Second, financial performance results from managerial choices: within industries, the wide variation in financial ratios is often a result of the differences in corporate strategy in marketing, operations, and finance. For those reasons, this case is a good springboard into subsequent classes, which deal with the interaction of strategy and financial performance.
Case Report Instructions
The report for this case is a bit different from other assignments in the course. For this report, copy and paste the tables that begin on the next page into a Word file (or delete this page and replace with a cover page). For each industry, indicate by typing your letter choice in the second column which data column you think goes with each company description (note that the descriptions have been truncated; see the case for a full company description). For example, in the first table titled “
Airline
”, indicate in the “Associated Correct Data Column” box whether “A major airline that flies domestically and internationally …” is data column A or B in Exhibit 6.1. You can type the letter (A or B) in the column box (it should be centered, but if not, please center your answer choice).
Then, you must provide at
LEAST
(more preferred for an excellent report) three (3) reasons for your choices. Type these in the space provided (reasons should be several sentences and they must directly relate to the data in Exhibit 6.1. For example, if you think that an airline that operates both domestically and internationally … would have more Cash and ST Investments than an airline that operates primarily in the United States …, write this as a reason and clearly explain why you believe this to be a reason. Your reasons for your choices are as important (perhaps more so) than whether or not your choices are correct.

· The 4 to 5-page limit refers to your analysis. The page limit do.docxalinainglis
· The 4 to 5-page limit refers to your analysis. The page limit does not include the reference page, the 5-forces diagram, nor a title page. If you prepare any supporting analysis that can be shown in an appendix page. So, you have 4 to 5 pages available for your written analysis.
· Introducing and describing the company (what it does, key products, markets, distribution) and the industry (key competitors, market size) should be succinct, no more than a half a page. Dedicate approximately 1/2 page introducing the company and it's industry. Beyond that don't spend much time or space describing basic info about the company. For example, providing the history of the company is not relevant to the model.
· The bulk of your writing should be specific to the model as it applies to your company, evaluating each of the five forces thoroughly. Assume the reader is a business person who has a basic knowledge of the company/industry.
· Your analysis should inform the reader of those aspects of the business and industry relevant to each of the five forces. For example, if sales figures are needed to establish the company's position in their industry, use that information in the industry competitors (rivalry) force.
· Use outside references. Key analysis points are to be referenced. As master’s-level business students it is expected that you will utilize sources beyond the company website, the Porter article itself, and sites like yahoo finance. You can use these sites but are strongly advised to not limit yourself to them.
· Thoroughly analyze each of the five forces. The Porter article gives you criteria and examples for each force that can be investigated as you prepare your analysis. Pick two or three for each force and use these to guide your paper.
· The 1-page model should be prepared after you complete your paper. It is nothing more than a visual, concise representation of your analysis. It does not have to be fancy. It does have to be clear and represent your analysis. Use exhibit 2.7 or the model in the Porter paper as your guide. Label each force as high or low, based on your analysis. Insert three to four (max) key bullet points related to each force into the five boxes in the model.
· Proofread your paper. Spelling, grammar, and APA.

The document discusses how to create an account and request a paper writing service on HelpWriting.net, including completing an order form, reviewing writer bids, choosing a writer, revising the paper if needed, and being able to request multiple revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final product. The process aims to provide original, high-quality content while offering refunds if any plagiarism is found.
The document provides guidance on writing an internal assessment (IA) for an IB Economics course. It discusses choosing an appropriate article, analyzing the content using economic concepts, and structuring a commentary. Evaluation is emphasized as the skill that distinguishes top students. Effective evaluation considers short and long-term impacts, different stakeholders, prioritizing arguments, and questioning assumptions. Students are advised to apply theory in a structured manner and connect topics, rather than taking a passive approach.

Conclusion Of Compare And Contrast Essay
1. Conclusion Of Compare And Contrast Essay
Writing an essay on the conclusion of a compare and contrast essay can be quite challenging. The
conclusion serves as the final impression you leave on your reader, making it crucial to get it
right. You need to effectively summarize the key points of comparison, restate your thesis in a
new light, and provide a meaningful analysis of the similarities and differences discussed
throughout the essay. Crafting a conclusion that ties everything together cohesively while
offering fresh insights requires careful thought and planning.
Moreover, finding the balance between summarizing without repetition and offering new
perspectives can be tricky. You want to avoid simply restating what has already been said in the
body paragraphs while also ensuring that your conclusion adds value to the overall argument.
This demands a deep understanding of the subject matter and a keen analytical eye to identify
significant connections and implications.
Additionally, concluding a compare and contrast essay involves navigating the complexities of
two or more subjects or ideas, understanding their nuances, and presenting a nuanced synthesis
of the information presented. It requires critical thinking skills to draw meaningful conclusions
from the comparisons made throughout the essay.
Ultimately, writing a compelling conclusion to a compare and contrast essay requires time, effort,
and skillful execution to leave a lasting impact on the reader and effectively wrap up the
discussion.

Boeing s 777 is found quite popular in the commercial aircraft market. It beats Airbus
A330 300 and A340 successfully. By the end of 2000, Boeing obtained 113 orders for
777, which created a record for single model sales in a year (Velocci Jr. 2000). The
777 aircrafts enjoy Boeing s most advanced design, with bigger interior space and
fuel saving twin jets, carrying less people than 747 but being able to take long
range flights (Wilhelm 2000b). According to Randy Baseler (n.d.,cited in Wilhelm
2000b) the vice president of marketing for Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, the
long range 777 is 15% to 18% more efficient than their competitor A340 models. The
climbing speed and bigger interior room are also favorable features. A poll conducted
to airlines in 2000 proves Baseler s argument Boeing s 777 200 and 300 were found
to be top performers among wide body aircrafts (Whyte 2000).
Airbus, by contrast, only got 103 orders by the same time. The order includes 17 of

severe economic depression. Because of this depression, poverty was widespread,
and few of the island s residents could afford the long boat journey to the mainland,
therefore because of the continuing depression in Puerto Rico made many Puerto

the return home of thousands of Puerto Rican war veterans, whose service in the U.S.

Accordingly the inquiry remains; should premature birth be lawful? Though many

of the fact that premature births still happened with normality, they were kept

Also there has been a discovery of tobacco industry documents in which it was stated

Al CaponeAl Capone is known for his murders, gambling, and prostitution. He
would even smash people s skulls open by hitting them on the side of the head with
a bat! His parents would have never known that he would become the lead gangster
of the prohibition era. What made him turn to his life of crime and villainy? He was
just a normal schoolboy. Maybe it was his desire to support his family. Possibly it
was meeting Johnny Torrio, that changed his perspective on crime. Or maybe it was
both.
Al Capone s real name is Alphonse Gabriel Capone. He was an Italian immigrant.
His father was Gabriel Capone and his mother was Teresa Capone. He lived in just
a little more than a slum. He went to a Catholic school that did not tolerate
violence and scarred the susceptible kid. He was later expelled at the age of 14 for
hitting a female teacher. He later met Johnny Torrio which could have been the
greatest influence in his life. Johnny Torrio was a key figure to Al Capone . Later Al
Capone joined Torrio s James Street Boys gang.
He later stopped the gang life and settled down and married middle class Irish girl
Mae Coughlin and worked as a bookkeeper. He was soon to return to his old job
with Torrio in Chicago. His father s death affected him greatly. His reputation was
growing a lot at this point. He would never go anywhere without two bodyguards.
He would even be smashed by bodyguards when in the car. Al Capone s reputation

we have a heart for God, we can have a heart for His people. Through evangelism,
we can reach the non believers in effort to convert them over to Christianity, so they
can experience the love of Jesus Christ. Evangelism is the core, the heart that leads
non believers to salvation. As they repent and confess their sins, they become a part
of JesusChrist family, and the power of the Holy Spirit is imparted into them
(Doerksen, 2012, p. 3).
Believers in many nations look to Christianity as the foundation upon which to build
their societies (Yung, 2011, p. 44), and the same was true during the time period of
Apostle Paul. Apostle Paul speaks to the Corinthians and Colossians of the
importance of sharing the Gospel, and to make sure Christ always gets the glory.
Therefore, when he addresses the people of Corinth, he explains that his authority
comes from the Holy Spirit. Paul wanted the Church of Corinth to rely on the power
of God, and not on their spiritual gifts they had received. His intention was not to
persuade them with eloquent language, but only through power of the Gospel.
In II Corinthians 4:1 4, Paul explains to the people of Corinth, because of God s
mercy we do not give up, we keep pushing and preaching. In addition, he explains
there is nothing deceitful about his preaching, but the Lord has blinded certain
individuals, and the only way the blinders will be removed is
13. Conquistadors Summary
The reshaping of the New World began the moment Spaniards set foot on the
continent. Those first conquistadors documented their encounters with native
peoples, emphasizing their desire to convert these peoples to Christianity and away
from their heathenistic rituals. The documents presented by Stuart B. Schwartz
portray accounts from the perspectives of both the conquerors and the conquered. His
work does not provide much in the way of personal interpretation but rather displays
the documents so the reader can compare better both sides of the New World
inhabitants. These documents present an opportunity to consider moments of
heroism, greed, and despair born during the clashing of Spanish and Nahua cultures
and challenge the way historians view such cultures and the interpretation of primary
texts. Schwartz s goal, it would seem, is not to persuade readers of the accuracy of
one source over another but rather to call attention to how personal interests, class
and ethnic biases, and politics influence the interpretation of the conquering of the
Aztec empire. Irene Silverblatt examines the new Spanish lands after Spaniards have
established themselves in and amongst the native peoples. She describes the
development of a modern world through the views of Spanish imperialism and argues
that the Inquisition provides such evidence. Using church records, sermons, and
missionary guides, Silverblatt examines how the modern world was build,
experienced, and understood by the

The drinking and driving epidemic has been an on going issue that puts millions of

15. Conquering Mental Illness Depression Essays
Depression is a serious issue that countless people struggle with; therefore the
majority of physicians and doctors try to develop drugs, or new counselling
techniques to help defeat this terrible foe, but perhaps neither of these solutions
are the answer to defeating depression once and for all. Pam Houston suggests
another solution in her short story A Blizzard under Blue Sky . Houston s story
begins with the narrator being diagnosed with clinical depression, yet she refuses to
take medication offered by the doctor to help her overcome depression. Rather than
taking medication, she decided to go winter camping, because she says she loves

The huge clouds passed over the sun creating a dull depressing mood that was only
made worse by the almost sickening dark maroon interior of the van. As the van
continued to glide down the street, my parents began talking about the events of
that day. They discussed much information as we drove, but many insignificant
topics began to cause my dad to become angry and upset, as he was experiencing
extreme anxiety and stress due to our financial situation added onto many other
issues at the time. All I remember was the yelling as my dad argued over little,
insignificant things that were absolutely irrational. This was the moment I truly
realised the that drugs, which were supposed to help my dad s depression, were
causing severe issues that at some times seemed to outweigh the benefits. The
antidepressant my dad was taking, had many side effects that can affect the user s
judgement and even create anxiety problems, which is what happened to my dad.
Antidepressant drugs can help some people, but not all because of the serious side
effects this type of medication can cause. If medications aren t the answer, perhaps
therapy and counselling could be a better solution. Like antidepressant medications,
therapy can have its downsides as well and not work for every case of depression.
My dad, who struggles with severe depression, has tried using counselling and other
forms of therapy to conquer his depression, yet none
16. How Climate Change Affected Canada
Climate change happens when long term weather patterns are refined. It can be
identified in the changes of temperature, winds, precipitation, and other forms of
natural processes. This can occur through many different factors, one being through
human activity. Global warming is one of the main scales used to measure climate
change. For life to be able to continue on Earth, the sun is required. Solar radiation is
reflected back into space, however, small amounts of radiation get trapped in the
Earth s atmosphere, causing a rise of temperature. The atmosphere is composed of
delicate gases, the most important gas being Carbon Dioxide. A main component on

Under America s first form of self government, the Articles of Confederation
attempted to preserve democracy and prevent tyranny from those who sought to
centralize that power. During the time period in which it was used, its effectiveness
was tested through events dealing with economic conditions and foreign affairs.
Though the Articles of Confederation did deal with success in the short term, its
effectiveness, specifically creating a weak central government that lacked control
over taxation and the lack of a national army to defend their ideals, created potential
problems for a growing country.
The Articles did initially gain substantial support from the people; however,

The Army s Plan for the Expert Action Badge and Its Impact On May 2, 2005, the
United States Army approved the Combat Action Badge (CAB) for any Soldiers
outside of the Infantry and Medical Corps, whom is personally in a combat zone
and engages or is engaged by enemy forces. The Infantry and the Medical Corps
have had their own badges since the 1940s and have enjoyed decades of exclusivity
in this regard. Soldiers met the introduction of the CAB with mixed responses.
Feedback came in the form of elation, indifference, and in some cases outrage.
Currently, the Army is testing the waters for yet another badge, the Expert Action
Badge (EAB). If approved, Soldiers outside of the Infantry and Medical Corps can
earn this badge as recognition for passing a rigorous test of their individual warrior
tasks and drills. This paper examines what the EAB is, how Soldiers can earn one,
the positive feedback, and the negative responses from the field over its introduction.

The tactical environment is the tip of the spear, a challenging space where
effectiveness, survivability, and sustainability provide the keys to success. That
success is becoming increasingly reliant on data. Data drives our missions, from
operations, intelligence, and fires, to other areas such as medical and logistics.
Consumption of data is being fueled by the introduction of new communication
systems. Warfighter information tactical (WIN T) has begun to bring this data
down to the Brigade and Battalion level with the Point of Presence (POP), and the
Battalion and Company level with the Soldier Network Extension (SNE). New radio
waveforms are providing conduits for data down to the tactical edge. WIN T and
Handheld, Manpack, and Small Form Fit (HMS) radios are being integrated into
Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) vehicle platforms now. The Mid Tier
Networking Vehicular Radio (MNVR) is just around the corner in FY17. The tactical
infrastructure is leveraging these new communications capabilities to move data
throughout all levels of the mission space. The Internet Protocol (IP) is the principal
communications protocol being used to move data throughout the Army s

is a crystal clear, light golden yellow color liquid. The aroma smells like hoppy bread

25. Comparing Dogen And The Sixth Patriarch
A Japanese philosopher we have studies extensively is Dogen. He is a 13th century
Japanese s Buddhist priest who founded the SЕЌtЕЌ School of Zen in Japan. Dogen
focused on the importance of the sitting meditation of zazen as a method of achieving
Zen and enlightenment though not thinking/ thinking beyond. Dogen s ideas differed
to that of the Sixth Patriarch in The Platform Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch. This
Buddhist script that was composed in China during the 8th to 13th century focused
on teachings and stories of Е›Д«la (conduct), dhyДЃna (meditation) and prajГ±ДЃ
(wisdom). The interesting points of discussion between these two different
approaches to Zen teaching are the Buddha nature, method of attaining enlightenment,

While everyone has the same Buddha nature they still need to collaborate the body
and mind to eliminate the constant reasoning and distracting that holding on causes.
The method of obtaining enlightenment differs lightly between Dogen and the Sixth
Patriarch. While both sources see the transition of enlightenment to be a search for
the inner self to find the inner mind Dogen sees views the less of a transition a more
of journey. The Sixth Patriarch believes enlightenment can occur here and now
through self nature, one s real self immediately appears (Olson Buddhist Sources,
p.339). While enlightenment cannot be physically obtained it can be realized and
show the true conscious self. Referring back to Buddha nature anyone, even a
barbarian has the ability to become enlightened, as Buddha nature is equally present
in everyone. This was shown in the line although people from the south and people
from the north differ, there is no north and south in Buddha nature (Olson Buddhist
Sources, p.288). So non being things cannot become enlightened, as they are unable
to undergo the transformation to enrich the Buddha nature. Dogen has a more open
ended answer to this question. While something that is nonliving cannot go through
zazen it can still however undertake kyo ryaku as they have the Buddha nature inside
them so are on the lasting journey of forgetting the self to become enlightened. Where
for a being creature the self must be forgotten though sitting in
26. Incidents In The Life Of A Slave Girl Summary
Reader it is not to awaken sympathy for myself that I am telling you truthfully what
I suffered. During the time of the slavery movement, the primary goal for writing
slave stories such as, Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl and Property was to gain
some sort of sympathy within the white community and gain support to stop slavery.
As both of these narratives are written from the female perspective, the two stories
show the harsh reality and the ironic nature of sexual exploitation through language
and imagery. The two narratives revolve around many literary elements to help shape
the story along with similar story patterns that took place during the particular time
period. Within Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl, the narrative is often interrupted
by the social and political aspects that occur and Property really focuses on the
personal relationships that go on between the slave owners and their slaves, in
particular the relationship between man and women and woman to woman. Each
literary element touches upon the topic of sexual exploitation. As the two cases of
how the narrators or characters experience sexual exploitation are different, the term
is still applicable. Within this essay I will shape the discussion around these four
literary elements: Foreshadowing, metaphor, irony and... Show more content on

The South is known to be the land of Christianity and rights. However, though the
Christian s attended church and prayed, they by no means treated their slaves with a

of the mistreatment by the hypocritical Christians. In chapter 13, Linda exposes the
hypocrisy of the Christian church and how the slaves are expected to be obedient to
their masters according to the flesh . This concept seems a bit out of place as
religion has been dramatically
27. Essay On Negative Reinforcement
Negative reinforcement is when something negative or unpleasant is removed after
the situation to reinforce a future behavior. Contrary to reinforcement is punishment.
Positive punishment is when an unpleasant event is added to a situation following a
behavior (e.g. unpleasant scolding). Negative punishment is when something
pleasant is removed from the situation following a behavior (e.g. losing privileges).
The alternative to reinforcing or punishing is ignoring a behavior. This is known as
extinction (Sigelman Rider, 2009). Although behaviorism acknowledges a close
relation between environment and organism and emphasize active learning(Wilson
Meyers, 2000), action is ultimately determined by environment rather than by self
(Taetle Cutietta, 2002).
The emergence of social learning theories along with cognitive psychology also
supports teacher centered learning. While teacher centered practices continue to
reinforce and/or punish behaviors, cognitive processes have been considered to
depict a more holistic view of an independent learner. Bandura s social cognitive
theory (1986, 2000, 2006) views people as cognitive beings, actively processing
information in their own learning, behavior, and development. For example,
individuals may reinforce or punish themselves with self talk. In a study on flow,
Custodero (2005) observed a teacher directed, practice based violin lesson where the
teacher was the focus of attention. Awareness of interactions between teacher and
28. The Comics As New Form Of Communication
Reenvisioning Comics as New Form of Communication It is a truth universally
acknowledged that as man has evolved into a more complex being, the appearance
of pictures has gradually been replaced by words. As children mature, they are often
encouraged to read lengthy novels as opposed to comics, which are deemed to be
childish and simple. However, this denies them the potential that comicscan offer in
terms of communication and creativity. In his graphic essay, Show and Tell, comic
artist Scott McCloud encourages the youth to utilize the benefits comics offer as a
new form of expression. By presenting examples of how words and pictures can be
harmoniously used and by identifying elements of comics that can enhance
communication, McCloud is able to successfully argue for the importance of comics
as new mediums for literature and creative expression. In addition, Hillary Chute s
essay, Comics as Literature? Reading Graphic Narrative, further elaborates on the
unique characteristics of comics that can amplify expression, such as manipulating
temporality. Furthermore, Why Teach with Comics by Jennifer Haines illustrates
how comics can be used to widen the potential audience of writer and how they can
improve the way people learn. In modern society, comics are viewed as lowbrow,
simple constructions of words and images, which are primarily used for recreation.

Major at a tempo of around 160 beats per minute. Vocally, Swift s range in the song
spans two octaves from G3 to G5. The rhythmic beats leave an impression on any
music lover. The song begins with boisterous drums pertaining to the idiophone
family that create a pop rhythmfrom the start. The drums are multi timbral,
syncopated, and upbeat with the bass drum being deep and resonant in the ears of
any listener. The ride cymbal is prominent throughout creating a rhythm that never

At the end of the B phrases we see choral injections ooh ooh ooh that provide
contrast with the melodic direction and the range of Swift s lead vocals.
The form of the song follows a AAAB and like most songs, the form style contains
intro, a verse, a pre chorus, a chorus, which is repeated again. Swift adds a extra hook
before the bridge. Swift raps to a telephonic sound that seems to belong to an
electrophone. The arrival of the chorus sees a plethora of instruments being unleashed
all at once. Swift manages to use different words against the same melodic pattern
thus seemingly changing the melody. The instruments played in Shake It Off are the
baritone sax, trumpets, trombone, acoustic and bass guitar, drum kits, handclaps, and
sustained chords on synth keyboards. The entire song sees a steady beat playing on
the drum kits with the ride cymbal prominently tapped on throughout the song and
upbeat baritone sax plays in the background.
Shake It Off has a variety of nonvocal sounds. The first nonvocal sound is heard at
0:14 and again at 0:16 in which Swift hums mm mm mm . This humming is repeated
multiple times throughout the song. At 0:19, Swift s giggle is heard which conveys
the feeling that she is laughing off the assumption that she goes on too many dates .
One of the main nonvocal sounds heard in Shake It Off are the 3 beat hand clapping
first heard at 0:40 and again at

32. The Discovery Of The Higgs Boson
The universe is weird. Its positively maddening how, despite knowing so much, we
humans only know four percent of all the knowable stuff the universe has to tell.
New discoveries are being made every day about multitudes of subjects. Cures for
diseases, new background into the first organisms to inhabit the planet, and new
advances in personal technology occur so often that it may be difficult to be
shocked by the world around us. However every so often a discovery is made, and
an experiment goes perfectly right. The discovery of the Higgs Boson is that
experiment. Well, metaphorically speaking it is. The universe and science lend
themselves well to hyperbole however the truth is never so simple. The Higgs Boson
is the fundamental particle that gives everything mass. The standard modelof physics
depends on the Higgs Bosons existence. The Standard Model is an explanation for
how the building blocks of the universe interact with matter(CERN Accelerating
Science, The Standard Model). According to the Standard Model, All matter is made
of elementary particles. Elementary particles are the building blocks of matter and
are separated into two groups, Leptons and Quarks. Both Leptons and Quarks contain
groups and generations. The groups, containing six particles each, are related in pairs
known as generations. Quarkgenerations are broken up in three pairs. Up and Down
Quark, Charm and Strange Quark, and Top and Bottom Quark. Leptons are also
grouped in three generations.
33. Floating Charge Essay
An issue of distinguishing a fixed and a floating charge has considerable
significance particularly for the parties involved in commercial relationships. It
follows from the fact that under English law a fixed charge has a priority over a
floating charge that means the former will prevail over the latter even though the
company has granted a floating charge to the creditorprior to the creation of a fixed
security. Another reason is that under the provisions of Insolvency Act 1986
holders of a floating charge are placed in a less favourable position than the holders
of a fixed charge particularly due to sec. 176 of the Act which prevents the
distribution of a certain portion of the company s net property to the holder of a
floating charge... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Lord Scott in Re Spectrum went further by saying that the first two criteria are not
often material for every floating charge.
When providing the distinction between the above charges the two stage process
of legal characterization developed in Agnew must be applied by the English
courts. The object of the first stage of the process is to ascertain the nature of the
rights and obligations which the parties intended to grant each other in respect of
the charged assets. Once these have been ascertained, the Court can then embark
on the second stage of the process, which is one of categorization and designed to
attribute the correct legal label to the package of rights and obligations. Lord Millett
s reasoning has been approved by the House of Lords in Re Spectrum in which
emphasis was given to the freedom of the company to deal with the assets in the
ordinary course of business rather than the two first criteria focusing on the nature of
the secured assets.
The breakthrough decision on the distinction of charges over book debts became the
Siebe Gorman case where Slade J held that the restrictions placed on the company s
power to deal with the proceeds of the debts gave the bank a degree of control
which was inconsistent with a floating charge and therefore the debenture given to
Barclays was a fixed charge. The case caused a significant effect to commercial
practice as it
34. Essay on Allegory of Faith by Johannes Vermeer
Allegory of Faith by Johannes Vermeer
The painting, Allegory of Faith, located in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, was
created by the Dutch Baroque painter Johannes Vermeer. This study of the painting
will focus on the subject matter, composition, and the symbolic meaning of the
painting in relation to the Catholic faith, as well as the controversy surrounding the
success of the painting among modern critics. The characteristic Baroque qualities of
this painting will be illuminated through comparison with examples of Dutch 17th
century paintings, Vermeer s other works, and an analysis of his painting technique
and style.

35. The Colonel By Michael Hogan Analysis
Study by definition is the application of mind to the knowledge that one have, as by
reading, observation, writing or talking. Many people have acknowledged the
benefits of studies in lives and that is one of the reason why the education system
exist. Studies have lots of advantages, but if people both study and apply it to their
lives, the knowledgethat they have would last longer and give more benefits to them.
In Of Studies, Francis Bacon points out about the importance of studies and how it is
useful in practical application. In The Colonel, Michael Hogan describes his
experiences in learningtennisfrom an army colonel who also taught him life s lessons.
Although Bacon and Hogan are both writing about knowledge and lessons, that...

of studies are not fully useful until people use as well as apply them in their lives as
both theories and practical knowledge should come
36. Comparison Of Oklahoma And California In The Grapes Of
Wrath
The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck utilizes contrasting settings to demonstrate
the value and significance of the novel. Through opposing characteristics,
representations, and values, Steinbeck makes known the true meaning of the story. In
the novel, Oklahoma and California are described as complete opposites. Oklahoma
was in the middle of the dust bowl, making the crops, houses, and people covered in
dust and dirt. The severe drought that they were experiencing ruined all sources of
income and food. People retreated, and many houses and farms stood empty and
deserted. This was home to many people, and through their experience they knew
that their fate would not change. Dissimilarly, California was prosperous and lively.

A fundamental theme in The Grapes of Wrathwas wealth. This could come in the
form of money or, in the case of the Joads, in the form of comfort. Along with many
families like them, they were searching for food, land, and work. The variation
between the two states made it an easy decision for families debating the move.
They simply could not stay with so much opportunity waiting somewhere else. This
brings out irony in the plot. The land of hope brought out more dangers and hazards
than their desperate homes did. Upon reaching California, it was realized that the
opportunity was more of a dream than a reality. However, the contrast in the lands
still played a large role in the meaning of the novel. It motivated the families that were
facing these struggles. It drove them forward and kept them looking ahead. It showed
them what was really important family. Together they could survive, even without a
little white house in an orchard. Had there not been such a large contrast between
Oklahoma and California, this meaning would not have made itself evident in the

Jamaica Kincaid s capricious one sentence, no frills account is a start tale about a

In spite of the fact that the story is particularly about a West Indian mother s sex

38. How Is Percy Jackson A Archetype Hero In The Lighting
Thief
Percy Jackson is a threat because he has stolen Zeus lightning bolt. Percy Jackson
in the book the Lighting thief by Rick Riordan, is a mighty warrior because he
possesses the characteristics such as selflessness, bravery, and perseverance when
he goes on a journey to the dead to retrieve his mother and the lightning bolt. Also,
Percy has to face Medusa, a Minotaur, a fury, half bloods, and the Olympians gods
in order to complete his call to adventure. Only a true archetype hero can manage
to complete these tasks. Is Percy a true archetype hero? Percy Jackson had
accomplished many tasks. If it was an ordinary person they would never be able to
accomplish one task. Percy is no ordinary boy on earth. It all started at his birth.
Percy had an unusual birth circumstance, his father is the god of the sea, and his
mother is Sally Jackson a human. According to the text He was kind, Percy, she
said. Tall, handsome, and powerful. But gentle, too. You have his black hair, you
know, and his green eyes. This quote explains to Percy how his Father looks like.
Percy was only a baby when his father left. Percy never knew that his Father is one
of the Olympians gods. Another archetype present in The Lightning Thief is the
hero s journey. Percy call to adventure was a field trip to the Greek gallery for his
Latin class, Percy was called over by his pre algebra teacher, Mrs.Doods. When he
walked into the room Mrs.Doods became a fury. In the

It is never enough for a student of theology to receive historical narratives of
contexts that speak about the evil and corruption of humankind, at the same it is
important for the student as well as the reader of this paper to be reminded how
meaningful it is to read into the culture of certain people with respect to history and
culture of their time. This week s readings present a historical overview of Christianity
in the U.S., beginning from 1942 until the present. I intend to draw parallels from

day continues to crucificy Christ in every day contexts, whether it be culture or
politics.

charitable works and street evangelism has been inspirational for me, yet the sense
of belonging to their in group, that being an American, United or a Catholic, is
central to their understanding of being a community. It is great to witness their
courage to speak about social justice for the church yet, I am curious to know if
they see theology with the perspective of an American only? This claim can go

see parallels in today s context that can help the reader know how easily love goes
missing from one s personal theology and becomes more of a public claim.
Using La Casas words about the pregnant women that the Indian women gave birth

wild, that is because they did not wear any clothes, they lacked sentiments and
normal pain too? On a separate note, La Casas also stated about the

42. Electric Hybrid Energy Storage Systems
Abstraction
The energy storage technology is quite important for electric hybrid vehicles and
pure electric vehicles due to requirement of more power and more efficient with
minor compromise on weight and volume. The challenge for developing more
advanced energy storage system is capacity or energy density and specific power
cannot be achieved at the same time. More specific power means less energy
density, and vice versa. The supercapacitor Li ion hybrid energy storagesystem has
both advantages of these two kinds of energy storage technology. It has high energy
density as well as high specific power. The paper will introduce about this hybrid
energy storage system, discuss about its advantages and drawbacks, and compare this
system with other kinds of energy storage systems.
Keywords: Supercapacitor, Lithium ion battery, hybrid energy storage system 1.
Introduction
Currently, electric hybrid vehicles and pure electric vehicles attract more and more
people s attention. The benefits of electric hybrid vehicles and pure electric
vehicles are less fuel cost, less emissions, less maintenance etc. But there are still
many drawbacks such as higher price, less space in electric hybrid vehicles, require
recharging everyday on plug in hybrids and pure electric vehicles, limited mileage per
recharging in pure electric vehicles etc. There are many engineering challenges along
with these drawbacks. One of them is energy storage technology. In recent electrified
automotive markets,

society, as well as the consequences that arise from not following the moral guidelines

is a sense of ambiguity when interpreting the title in relation to the character of
Meursault, however with careful examination, Camus attempt at glorifying the

Camus gives him this power in order to give credibility to Meursault s conclusions
about society which he sees as absurd. After he kills the Arab, he unwillingly pledges
himself to the laws of society and the implication that come with them. Upholding his
belief that he should not be punished for what he has done, Meursault becomes a
victim of social rules and ironically realizes that his fate relies on his ability to
conform to society. During the trial, while the judge, jury, and audience base their
case on assumptions and assertions that don t necessarily hold true, Camus
encourages the readers to sympathize with Meursault and evaluate the absurdity of
society in their own terms, analyzing the judicial system, religious systems, and other
customs imposed on individuals by the masses, leading them to conclude that despite
behaving in an immoral way, there is a lot of truth behind his observations. As the
legal system focuses on establishing Meursault as a monster for not feeling regretful
after killing the Arab, Camus continues to play on the theme of individual versus
society by pushing the moral guidelines and making the readers question their own
moral beliefs and the origins of them through analyzing whether Meursault was fairly
convicted and justice was
44. Changes During The Agricultural Community Essay
Due to changes in the agricultural community there was in early nineteenth century
East Anglia a significant situation of underemployment within the agricultural
labourers community. At this time it was also being recognised that there was an
ever increasing growth in population; for instance: several landowners and journalists
attributed the problems of rural society to the size of the labourers families and to
their tendency to marry at an early age. It has been suggested that the average size of
the agricultural labourers household was 4.9. This population rise in turn put pressure
on the supply of housing, resulting in many agricultural labouring families living in
small, squalid and overcrowded cottages, many consisting of just one room, with no
ceiling, just the bare roof tiles and a clay floor. The building itself would have been
constructed from unbound stone or wattle and mud. It can be suggested that: The
vegetable substances mixed with the mud to make it bind, rapidly decompose,
leaving the walls porous. The earth of the floor is full of vegetable matter [...] it is
peculiarly liable to damp. It can be suggested therefore that the growth of population,
coupled with the deterioration of living standards within agricultural communities of
East Anglia contributed towards the pauperisation of the agricultural labourers and
their families. The aforementioned growth of population within the agricultural
communities of East Anglia led to an ever increasing
45. The Novel Heart Of Darkness
Heart of Darkness allows the reader to gain a sense of everything that is wrong with
imperialism and why it should be ended. The narrator is part of the imperialist group
that he condemns, which makes his views seem more authentic and balanced.
Clearly, there is something wrong with the goals of imperialism if the imperials
themselves are against it. Conrad also uses extremely dehumanizing descriptions of
the native Africans and the women in the novellato make a point. To the reader this
exposes the cruelty and unjustness of such portrayals and makes the point that this
treatment of other groups is not acceptable. The novella can be seen as promoting
change by showing the immorality of the problems it describes, which were
commonplace at the time of its writing. A modern work that uses dehumanization to
show the need for change is the collection of short stories, The WomanWarrior.
In The Woman Warrior, women are blatantly dehumanized. One character calls girls
maggots in the rice and says that raising geese would make greater sense
economically than raising girls (Kingston, 89). The memoir depicts the strong
women hating Chinese culture that continues to this day (Stevens, 25). In one of
the novel s stories, the author s aunt becomes pregnant while her husband is away
in America. The woman is cast out by her village and her own family and ends up
drowning herself in a well. Kingston also notes that the baby probably was a girl, and
as such would already be considered
46. Theological Of Pastoral Care And Pastoral Counseling
My theological of pastoral care and pastoral counseling I will view all the human
being as it was written in the beginning with Genesis 1:27: And God created man to
his own image: to the image of God he created him: male and female he created
them. As I know the creation of human being, therefore, my pastoral care and
pastoral counseling will also views all human being as spiritual and bodily creatures
created by God. As a result, my priority in pastoral care and pastoral counseling is
that I was called into relationship with God and with one another. the same way my
counseling session with client my main goal with he / her as a clients is to meet
them where they are at now in their trials, tribulations, and suffering; we also
celebrate their moments of personal growth, self awareness, discovery, and change.
As a pastoral counselor, the stakes are changed in the sense that there is an
additional responsibility to look after the client s journey in towards spiritual
growth and a more mature faith. We seek to aid in the process of humanization,
psychological wholeness, and well being where we desire to give our client s a
taste of what is means to be a fully functioning, free, consciously aware, responsible,
and loving individual. God did not create human beings to suffer any evil; that was
the fault of man. Therefore, the ultimate questions I will ask of my clients are these:
What part is God playing in the story of your life? and What is God asking of you in

47. Why Gangs Can Be Harmful At Risk Youth
Gangs are not a new phenomenon, or a new problem. Gangs have been around for
a long time, and will continue to grow and transform throughout the world. I have
viewed gangs in a negative manner, and have carried a false misconception of what
exactly a gang is. Television and media is partially to blame for society s view on
gangs and gangviolence. Today, there are dozens of reality television shows about
gangs. It is no surprise the information that we take in through television on the
topic of gangs is misleading. Gangs can be a problem, especially gangs that are
active in violence, and criminality. The problem here is there is no research that
suggests that there is a policy that will address the gang problem, or a preventative
measure that produces results. Through research, I will define what a gang is, why
gangs can be harmful to at risk youth, what prevention programs accomplish, and the
efficacy of prevention programs. I will also determine which of prevention programs
has the highest level of effectiveness.
Gangs go way back in time, and have been around for longer than most of us know.
Even Newspapers during the economic collapse in the 1800s reports juveniles
harassing and assaulting residents of the city. (Grennan, Britz, Rush, Barker, 2000).
Since gangs have been around, there have always been theoretical explanations of the
social problems that goes hand and hand with gangs. A false representation of gangs
that I have heard many students talk about it the
48. Difference Between Instinct And Intuition
Responding to the smile of a baby, jumping up when startled by a sudden sound, or
even pulling your hand away from a hot fire are all examples of instinctive behaviour;
instinct does not involve thought but is an automatic, evolutionary response to
external stimuli. Instinctive judgements are more intuitive in nature but though
related, in terms of both not involving conscious thought, instinctand intuition are not
the same. Intuition is based on subconscious thought; a pattern recognized by the
brain based on, for instance, past experiences, whereas instinctive judgements appear
to be independent of experience or rational thought. As a student of psychology, I like
to make the distinction that instinct is a behavioural process while intuition is a
cognitive, but subconscious, process. The term judgement used in the above
TOKstatement implies taking an objective or considered decision based on instinct
alone rather than on conscious, rational thought. I believe the absence of conscious...

For instance, the cognitive scientist and psychologist, Steven Pinker , argues that all
thought is composed prior to its linguistic form. In his book, The Language Instinct,
he talks about how children learn language instinctively, without the need for
complex thought and analysis, and feels that ways of knowing, such as the use of
reason to understand grammar rules, actually slows down the process of language
learning. On the other hand, linguistic determinism states that knowledge is shaped
by language and is a cultural construct; people of different languages have different
thought processes. Demonstrating this latter view, a situation, albeit fictional, where
language limits instinctive judgements, can be seen in the success of Newspeak , the
state imposed language in George Orwell s 1984 , that prevented people from even
thinking critically of the

The most radical reform made in the United States of America in the past 45 years
has been the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). The ACA was

insuranceindustry in the United States, mandate everyone in the country to have
health insurance, expand public insurances while private insurances subsidize,
introduce newer taxes, and transform the country s largest health insurance,
Medicare. As the country slowly integrates itself to this new health care act, people
feel they must come to a decision of joining the ACA or finding another way to be
covered by insurance. The predictions that the Congressional Budget Office (CBO)
had on ACA were staggering. CBO thought that ACA would increase healthcare
insurance coverage by 32 million people (Congressional Budget Office). Although
there are many debates on whether or not this act should pass throughout the country
as many states wish to repeal this act, the decision was made to reform our
healthcare in the United States. People remain spectacle on this new reform and the
results that follow. In spite of the many debates, the government and citizens find that
they all strive towards one common goal which is the coverage of health insurance
With such a big reform in the government and barely any money to cover these

become extinct. Linguistic anthropologists are working hard to prevent this from
happening any further and are also attempting to revive lost native languages, a very
important process to these native cultures as well as all of humanity. Native language
provides a sense of identity to the people of the culturefrom which it originates and
also a linguistic diversity to our world. The Sapir Whorf hypothesis proves just how
much language influences perception of the world and reflects the beliefs held by
individuals associated with the language.
Since every language is so unique, reviving a lost native language is culturally
significant in many ways. Language is a large part of culture and with the
diminishing of a language also comes the demise of the culture tied to that language.
In reviving a lost language we are also reviving that culture as well, bringing back
new ideas, thoughts, and stories that may have been lost along with the loss of the
language. In the text, Cultural Anthropology, it explains, different languages express
different thoughts and cultural content,
53. Review Of The Movie The Outsiders
Outsiders Movie Review Captivating, thought provoking and a classic. These words
can all be used to describe Francis Ford Coppola s take on S.E Hinton s The
Outsiders . Almost right away, you feel as if you can be inside the movie. The way
that everything is put together is a nice blend and seems very realistic. The movie
does justice to the book, yet downplays it. I thought that the movie was a good
adaptation to the text because of the elements in the book were captured and brought
to life in the movie. You can feel the different moods of the movie, just like in the
book. The town and characters seem to spring off the page and onto the screen, with
mild exceptions. The mood is set very well with the lighting and sound, just as it
would be in the books. An example of this is with the lighting, music and the costume
choice. The choices that the... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Ponyboy Curtis,played by C.Thomas Howell,is somewhat believable,although the
crying is amped up quite a bit,not like in the books. The actors playing Darrel and
Sodapop Curtis, respectfully Patrick Swayze and Rob Lowe, capture the essence of
the characters nicely. Yet,it appears, that Lowe might have a bit of trouble with the
emotional part of the role, the supposed breakdown was underdone and clearly
forced. On the topic of the terrified of humanity boy,Johnny Cade, played by Ralph
Macchio, the role is played well. You can really see the way that he moves is
reflected on his fear of the world and that he doesn t trust lots of people by the
nervous aura he gives off. I d say that the role is well executed for Dally
Winston, played by Matt Dillon. Dillon captured the look and feel of Dally, with the
no care attitude and the careless actions. The actors make the roles complete and they
add to the overall feel of the
54. The Transatlantic Slave Trade Often Known As The
Triangular
The Transatlantic Slave Trade often known as the triangular trade was described as
the largest long distance movement of people in all of history. The movement of
Africa slaves to the Americas lastly for approximately four centuries and can be
viewed as one of the first ideas of globalization . The ship would move from the
Americas to Western Europe with raw materials, then to Africa with manufactured
goods. Lastly, from Africa the Americas with African slaves. Thus the movement of
over 12.5 million slaves from Africa and 10.7 million slaves arriving in the
Americas. The slave trade changed to the demographics of the world forever. Many
historians ask why did the European countries choose African for their source of
slave labor... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This primary source shows historians the first signs of the impact the slave trade
will soon have on Africa. The most well known narrative is The Interesting
Narrative of the Life of Olaudah Equiano. Olaudah was a slave from present day
Nigeria that was kidnapped at a young age and sold into the slave trade along with
his older sister. This primary source serves as great importance to historians, for it
gives a first hand account of the trade. For example, Equiano describes his
memories of the boat to Barbadoes. Made ready with fearful noises, and were all
put under deck... the stench of the hold while were on the coast was intolerably
loathsome. This quote serves for the purpose of allowing readers to understand the
misery and discomfort endured by the African as they traveled to the Americas.
The next stage for the slaves includes auction and sale, where they would be sold to
an owner. In The History of Mary Prince, a West Indian Slave gives the insight of
how a young slave felt to be sold once making it to the Americas. She describes it
as, handled me in the same way that a butcher would a calf or lamb he was about to
purchase. This source allows readers to see how whites treated slaves as nonhuman
this social view impacted American s lives until the late 1960s and beyond. The next
sets of primary sources of non African people they describe the slave trade through a
white perspective . A Description of the Coasts of North and South Guinea written

The foundation of the German banking system is well developed. Germany was the

what holds the country s investment capital and are controlled by universal banks,
which are able to offer a variety of banking, and savings. In addition, the universal
banks make up three fourths of total business, and play as shareholders in the country
s industrial firm. Deutsche Bundesbank is the central bank of Germany and its
obligation is to oversee economic growth, develop the banking and financial system
and stability in the economy. The central bank is who funds the government, and sets
in motion the investment in the public sector. With the desire of economic growth,
the central bank should attempt to maintain internal price stability, by adopting
