On the heels of the 2011 fuel standards Cash for Clunkers that called for a reduction of emissions in
heavy duty vehicles, the Obama Administration has introduced new fuel and emissions regulations
and standards for the whole American Automotive Industry. These regulations, on light duty and
heavy duty vehicles, that have been passed by the administration are a joint effort by the National
Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), The National program for greenhouse gas
emissions (GHG) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Though there are various
procedures the meat of the regulation is that by 2025 fleets of vehicles would need to get an
average of 54.5 mpg. By doing this greenhouse gas emissions will be cut by almost 6 billion
metric tons by 2025. This agreement was the first of its kind and garners support from 13 major
automakers, which account for almost 90% of the auto producers in the U.S. The auto producers
get a set national fuel standard and the nation gets less emissions. But as with all changes there are

These two countries have many similarities, especially they have fabulous growing speed during
the globalization. In the global economic market, China has the biggest manufacture market and
cheap labor (Justin Paul Erick Mas.2016). India gained independence from the United Kingdom
from 1947 and started to focus on improving their food security and developing the technology of
agriculture, so India has the evidence dominate the service market from agriculture transfer to
service sector due to the globalization too in recently decades (Kedia Lahiri 2007). In the same
situation of China, the whole society focused on agricultural reforms since the 1970s. As two
fastest developing countries, China and India typically have a big number of population and cheap
labor for manufacture industries which gained a lot of attention around the world. Population in
one country could be the productivity power or the economic factor force of developing. On the
other side, it could be the main reason of hinder the development. So this paper will directly

The Evolution of a Gentleman
Confucianism is based off of many diverse concepts, some of which are the junzi and the xiaoren.
These terms have been widely interpreted throughout time, and make up most of this concept. In
order to understand Confucianism, one must first understand the significance of these two notions.
A junzi (gentleman) and xiaoren (small man) are very important aspects of Confucianism and have
distinct meanings, qualities, and modern day societal attributes. While a junzi (gentleman) is
defined one way by Confucius, a xiaoren (small man) would be considered the contrary. As defined
by Confucius, a gentleman is an individual who lives by a moral code, not motivated by gain, but
by what is right. A small man is the complete opposite. A small man is an individual who lives to
benefit and for selfish reasons. Confucius states that gentlemen lead others through their actions
demonstrated through: When gentlemen perform well, all their duties to their relations, the people
are inspired to virtue (Chichung).1 Gentlemen are very selfless, unlike small men, and strive to be
better men and better citizens. People in turn strive to be like a gentleman. In early interpretations,
a gentleman was viewed as inherently superior to a small man and seen as a prince. The later
interpretation translated it, not as a ruler, but as a moral person who leads by his actions and honor.

available. The researcher will review the various files and statistics that SHR kept from August
2008 to August 2016 and use the administrative data to determine the demographics of the people
that have visited the health bus and the conditions they presented and received treatment for.
Client Surveys: A survey will be used because it is an ideal method to reach a large number of
respondents. A survey was similarly used to evaluate the Mobile Access Project in Vancouver
(Janssen, Gibson, Bowen, Spittal, Petersen, 2009) and is an ideal method to determine coverage
of a community based intervention (Callaghan Koru et al., 2013). The self administered survey
will consist of closed ended questions to measure client satisfaction and determine the services
clients received. An initial draft of the survey will be pre tested with 30 participants as done in
the Mobile Access Project (Janssen et al., 2009) and the researcher will modify the questions
