METHODS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE TO ACHIEVE A
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE ACCORDING TO PROJECT ACCEPTANCE
CRITERIA .
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES
Address important questions at the beginning of the project
Sketch out scope & goals for project
Communicate roles, expectations and objectives to the team
Monitor progresses & identify roadblocks
Make sure all deliverables have been met & finalize the project
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PHASES
Phase 1 : Project Initiation
Phase 2 : Project Planning
Phase 3 : Project Execution
Phase 4 : Project Monitoring
Phase 5 : Project Close
