My name is Yohann, one of the tour managers for International Cyclists and I will be standing in for Tim who cannot be with us tonight.
We are a licensed inbound/outbound travel agency.Webrand our hiking adventures under Hikari International Travel and our biking adventures as International Cyclists to Asia. Some of you may have picked up our brochure at the front and you will note we have some fun Hong Kong and S.China tours for families on offer. If you didn’t get a brochure it is not critical – none of the school trip information we are presenting tonight are in them.Do note this powerpoint presentation will be available on the dragonnet for you to refer to later.
Say: I will be sharing the 8 trip offerings in the order of this animation and in the order of the handout you have received.Note for the student presentation you should start with this slide and end with 71 presently. (it will be a greater number after you add a bit more on Niko) #71 is the last slide of the Ark Orphanage trip presently.
Yohann, you need to add some slides here/pictures, text etc to sell this trip.

Point to the samples… Remind them to get their order in as soon as they know their child is on a bike trip. Emphasize orders only accepted by email following the instructions of the site link provided – all orders will be confirmed by reply email. (I bring extra helmets for the first day ride anticipating some will forget to order) Double check with Paul that announcement day is Sep 8.
No need to read this, just put it up and announce which room you will be in for further questions. You can come back for the helmets and other things after the APA folks are finished with 8th grade.
