2. The end of the school year is rapidly approaching.
3. You have spent the entire year passing on important
information you hope stays with your students years to come.
4. When the end of the year comes, students to throw
away all the lessons you have taught them.
5. You want them to build upon the information you
have provided them.
6. Let me show you how your students can use Evernote
to become lifelong learners.
8. You can access Evernote from any device reducing
opportunity to lose things.
9. Evernote has a desktop client that is a centerpiece of
the program.
20. With the Web Clipper you can capture Web pages as
you find them.
25. All notes, handouts, assignments, tests, etc. are in one
place, organized by date. No heavy bag to carry.
26. Students can take a picture of a book page, add their own
notes, highlight important content, and it is now searchable.
27. If you need specific pages of a textbook to study from,
take a picture to Evernote.
28. Scan or copy all handouts to Evernote and add class
tags or add to notebooks.
29. Do you write your note, once done take a picture or
scan them to Evernote.
32. Scan or save your homework to Evernote so that you
always have a record.
34. Teach students to be better researchers and writers by having
them collect and organize their content in Evernote.
36. Use the Web clipper to capture an important research
note; it will have the time captured and url.
37. If you find something cool on the Web or in the world,
you can send the picture to Evernote.
52. Include deadline dates in the body or title in this format –
130427. Can then search for “1304” for all April 2013 items.
56. Create subfolders within “School” for research projects. Place
all quotes, notes, drafts, supporting material in this folder.
57. Create a subfolder within “School” for all important school
documents, e.g., shot records, school handbook, etc.
