WHAT IS IT ?
   We help organizations to recruit from campus, without
    physically going to campus, but still controlling
    everything.

   We help you save costs, time and energy.

   HRs can monitor whole recruitment drive completely
    online, right from uploading assessment questions, to
    monitor LIVE students appearing in assessment tests, to
    interview.

   Conduct campus drive in „n‟ no of colleges in a single
    day, just by sitting in your office.
HOW IT WORKS ?

• Select your choice of college OR         • Shortlist candidates out of all drives (like
                                             top 100 candidates from 10 drives, etc).
• Do it in our selected colleges
                                           • Call them for interview at your office, or
                                             arrange interview at any location where
                                             all shortlisted candidates can come.

1. CHOOSING A COLLEGE
   We have shortlisted more than 100 Engg colleges
    in Delhi-NCR, and 500+ colleges in across India.

   The shortlisted list of colleges is resultant of “Global
    Employability Test” conducted across colleges.
2. ASSESSMENT TESTS
   We have already conducted assessment tests of
    more than 25000 students across India.

   We have rich database of “employability test
    questions”, having more than 2 lakhs questions.

   Our employability tests consists of three parts
          Analytical and Aptitude Tests
          Communications Tests

          Technical Tests
2. ASSESSMENT TEST (CONTDD…)
   HR/Client can upload their own set of questions
    through our portal. The questions are stored in
    encrypted format, nobody can see or alter the data.

   Manage recruitment tests completely through portal
    like- date of test, time frame, passwords, randomize
    questions and answers, etc.
3. LIVE MONITORING
   Every campus drive will be broadcasted LIVE on
    the cloud, so HR can see LIVE what‟s happening in
    campus.

Pre-Placement Talk on Cloud

 HR can address college through webcasting.
 Real time screening test result can be seen through
  our portal.
GET COMPLETE CONTROL
   HR can upload their own set of questions through our
    portal. The questions are stored in encrypted format,
    nobody can see or alter the data.

   Manage recruitment tests completely through portal like-
    date of test, time frame, passwords, randomize

   Monitor on-going screening tests in college through web
