2. RATIO ANALYSIS
The term ratio refers to the relationship between any two numerical
values. Ratio analysis serves as an indicator of the financial position and
the operating capabilities of an entity.
Display Options
The Ratio Analysis screen can be displayed by selecting it from the
Reports sub-menu in the Gateway of Tally menu.
The Ratio Analysis screen is divided into two parts
1. Principal Groups
This part shows values in terms of rupees, for various major groups in Tally.
2. Principal Ratios
This displays in terms of ratios, percentage and days, values for standard
ratios such as current ratio, debt/equity ratio, etc.,
