1. This mine having two Incline, one is used for haulage roadways and other as
traveling road ways,
2. Coal is transported from underground to surface with the help of direct haulage
3. Coal produced is transported to Sorani Thermal power station either by road or
by railways near by board gauge riding
4. Daily out put is 250 tones
5. It is situated near half km from Parasiya and about 26 km from Chhindwara
3. GEOLOGY
Mahadeopuri project is a part of Sial Ghogri Block, within this were 23 bore hole
with a meterage of 4630mts. Covered by Deccan trap Basalt

9. DETAILS OF SDL
1.Their are used side loaders in conjunction with coal tube. Total 3nos.
2. Remote control operation with pilot core circuit diode and resistance,10W ,
300HM fitted in gate end box this circuit is completed by foot switch and push.
3. Bottom assembly operated by the operator, light fitting are provided in rear and at
front of the machines.
4. Audio visual alarm has been provided in each and every machine
5. In Addition to this going bell is also fitted with machines.
10. DRILLING
1. Drilling is done by 1.5HP, 125V, 450RPM(CHANDA RANA) coal drill machine

11. BLASTING
Blasting is done with the help of the(Copper tube) Electric delay detonator
Delay detonator no. 1,2,3, of 25ms are used.

12. SYSTEMATIC SUPPORT RULES (SSR)
1 SSR under regulation 108 of the coal mines regulation 1957 for development working
2 This is based on the RMR of roof rock of Seam
3 The roof shall be supported by full column ground roof bolts with resin installed at maximum interval of 1.0m in the same
row(four bolts in a row)
4 The distance between the bolts and the side pillar shall not be more than 0.6m
5 Spacing between the two rows shall not be more than 1.0m
6 The bolts in a row shall be strengthened by used of W strap/steel channels of suitable specification if required.
7 Junction shall be supported by rows of bolts as specified for those of development working within 10m
8 The junction shall be reduced to 0.75m in case of resin grouted bolts and 0.65m in case of cement grouted bolts to
accommodate 25% extra support.
9 Vertical props at intervals not exceeding 1.2m with suitable laggings put tightly against the side of pillar.
10 The props may be set in recesses in floor and roof close to the side.
11 All faults, visible slips, breaks and other geological disturbances in the roof shall be supported by cogs at intervals of
2.4m on either side of such disturbances and with crossbars across there a interval not exceeding 1.2m
