BRIAN SFINAS TO NARRATE
Removed the check-in feature from the mobile appNow you can check-in and tag people both historically and currentlyChecking in appears to be evolving to where you will tag your location and and tag people you are with in the update that you chose to do.You will be able to add locations historically to pictures you have already loaded. This is actually a powerful move for Facebook. For people to start tagging locations historically, it will add a lot more data to the already powerful social graph.
Facebook has added the ability to have parent / child pages. This is applicable for franchise or multiple locations.
While the mobile check-in feature is going away people will still have the ability to tag locations in their posts. Businesses should be sure they have claimed their venue or created their venue. This is true even for B2B and industrial companies.
