Your audience opens the PPT
file in the manner you saved it;
which is sometimes very
disorganized.
File -> Options -> Advanced ->
Display. Open all documents using
this view.
Now choose ‘Normal – Thumbnails
& Slide’ or whatever else you want
7. Right click during
slideshow opens menu
options.
You can make right click
to go to the previous slide
(since left click goes to
the next)
How
File -> Options -> Advanced ->
Slideshow. Uncheck ‘Show menu
on right mouse click’
9. Put your correct name as
the author of the PPT

File -> Info -> Related People (see
extreme right) -> Author.
Type your name as the author of
the presentation. You can also
enter the ‘last modified by person’
name (if multiple authors)
11. Only the person having to the password can
view your presentation.
If you forget the password, forget about the
presentation as well

File -> Info -> Protect Presentation
-> Encrypt with password
Type in the password and save
your presentation.
13. When you open the PPT file, the number of
slides is shown at the left bottom.
It reads ‘Slide 1 of 201’. Hide it!

Right click on the ‘Slide 1 of
201’ and deselect ‘View
Indicator’
15. You have made lots of notes under each slide.
You don’t want the person opening the
presentation to see it.
How
File -> Info -> Check for Issues ->
Inspect Document
Only select ‘Presentation Notes’.
Inspect. Remove all when it says ‘notes
were found’
