Motorcycle Club, the Florida Trail Riders, Inc., the South Eastern Enduro and Trail Riders Association, the
owners & lessees of the premises, the participants, and the officers, directors, officials, representatives,
agents and employees of all of them from all liability, loss, claims & demands that may occur from any loss,
damage or injury (including death) to my person or property in any way resulting from or arising in
connection with this event whether arising while engaged in competition, in practice or preparation therefore,
or while upon, entering or departing from said premises for any cause whatsoever. I know the risk and
danger to myself and property while upon said premises or while participating or assisting in this event on
May 4 & May 5, 2013, so voluntarily and in reliance upon my own judgment and ability I therefore assume
all risk for loss, damage or injury (Including death) to myself and my property from any cause whatsoever.
