What is 180/180?
• In partnership with the 100,000 Homes
  campaign
• A community effort in Santa Cruz County to help
  180 chronically homeless men, women and
  families turn their lives around
• Goal to house 180 of our most vulnerable,
  long-term, chronically homeless men, women and
  families by July 2014, moving them into
  permanent housing with the support
  services they need to stay housed.
The Plan
Locate, identify and interview the
most vulnerable homeless men,
women and families in Santa Cruz
County, and rank order them
according to their mortality
risk so we know who to prioritize for
housing and services.

  hospital cost per year for the most vulnerable
  homeless men and women in Santa Cruz County

What is 180/180? • In partnership with the 100,000 Homes campaign • A community effort in Santa Cruz County to help 180 chronically homeless men, women and families turn their lives around • Goal to house 180 of our most vulnerable, long-term, chronically homeless men, women and families by July 2014, moving them into permanent housing with the support services they need to stay housed.
