2. INTRODUCTION
The primary use of a chat room is to share information via text with a group of other users.
The ability to converse with multiple people in the same conversation differentiates chat
rooms from instant messaging programs, which are more typically designed for one-to-one
communication.
The users in a particular chat room are generally connected via a shared internet.
Cloud based technology has enabled the use of file sharing using mail services. This project is
built using Zimbra open Collaboration Suite as its core part.
3. SCOPE AND UTILITIES
The scope of this project lies with any organization, which wishes to deploy such collaborated
communication system.
This project will help organization members or administration to share their documents on
intranet network
User can save there documents in briefcase
User can do one to one video call
User can schedule meetings with the help of calendar
User can do instant messaging with emoji's
User can send mail to groups as well as to individuals with attachments

5. ARCHITECTURE
Incoming.
The incoming message queue holds the new mail that has been received. Each message is identified with a unique file name.
Messages in the incoming queue are moved to the active queue when there is room in the active queue. If there are no problems,
message move through this queue very quickly.
Active.
The active message queue holds messages that are ready to be sent. The MTA sets a limit to the number of messages that can be in
the active queue at any one time. From here, messages are moved to and from the anti-virus and anti-spam filters before being
delivered or moved to another queue.
Deferred.
Message that cannot be delivered for some reason are placed in the deferred queue
