How Does The 90 Day Challenge Work?

the next 90 Days. We always encourage people to set 90 day goals. Once you reach your goal in
90 days then set another one! If you set a goal of losing 200lbs in your first 90 days then it would
be an unrealistic goal to reach in. It could be your final goal but not the first one. You may target
to cut off 30-40 lbs. inyour 90 day challenge. That seems legit. Thus continue to set goals and try
reaching the goals. This will definitely take you to where you wished to see yourself. Your goal
can be anything like weight loose, getting abs, spending 30 minutes exercising 5 days a week,
gaining 10lbs of lean muscle. Whatever the goal is but try to put some realism in that goal and
stick to it for 90 days. The visulas shake with a proprietary blend will generate good and positive
outputs if it’s taken in accordance with your health goal along your journey on the 90 day

For instance: If you want to build lean muscle then instead of replacing those shakes with your
daily meals try to have those before or after your workout. If weight gaining is the purpose of

this within one hour of waking up. And the recommended time is probably the best way to drink
the shake on your 90 day challenge.
Lunch: Aim for about 400 calories. Subway 6inch on wheat will do. Pick your fave, skip the
mayo and enjoy! Or make a tuna sandwich at home with a salad. This is surely to taste great
during your 90 day challenge!
Snacks: Eat around two 100-150 calorie snacks throughout the day that will help holding you
over between meals. It’s better to try protein type foods like almonds, eggs, carrots when your on
your 90 day challenge.
Dinner: Have a 4-6oz chicken breast or other lean meat with veggies and/or a salad. Sometimes
I have a simple and normal shake with dinner UNLESS I am working out. I recommend taking
the shake after you are finished with your workout. This is my favorite thing to do during the 90
day challenge!
You can pretty much NOT mess this up if you avoid sugar, refined flour, starches and too
much alcohol (2 glasses of red wine should be a good rule of thumb to measure against… if you
MUST)
90 Day Challenge: What's Left To Do?
The technique to which you should stick to is to just carry on your program and workouts. At the
same time you will be requiring to stick to the calories that you are putting on every single day
according to your present body dimension against your preferred dimension. Thus just stick to it
daily and obviously do not forget to drink those prescribed shakes while your on the 90 day
challenge!
Do not mix up the different meanings regarding the CALORIES. Not all calories bear the same
significance. 300 calories from a chocolate bar is not the same as the 300 calories from a protein
source or Visulas shake. The chocolate calories actually convert anything to fat. So be
careful, choose your calories from sources like carb/fat/protein. The body can put the calories
come from those sources into good use. So again be watchful before selecting the sources of
calories when your on your 90 day challenge.
Only the shakes won’t make your day or do a tremendous good to your health. You need to take
proper and square food to. The nutrients from the shakes won’t be enough to make your
body’s daily functioning sustainable. So FOOD is obviously required, you just need to
choose better and healthier options. That’s it when your on the 90 day challenge!
PS The addition of fruits to your shakes would be a good decision in the 90 day challenge. This
mixture will make the taste profoundly good and create a different taste. But there’s a bit
problem with the fruits. Fruits contain sugars. So if you find some negative deviations from your
fitness goals while taking the fruit-shake mixture then don’t make any delay reducing or
eliminating the fruits mix and see the results. I usually save my Pina Coladas for my Friday
afterwork delight once a week even though I am on the 90 day challenge!
