3. 1. The film was just weeks from its scheduled
premiere, but because of X was delayed until late
January 1964, as it was felt that the public was in no
mood for such a film any sooner.
One line by Slim Pickens—"a fella could have a
pretty good weekend in Y with all that stuff"—was
dubbed to change “Y” to "Vegas".
X also serves as another possible reason why the
pie-fight scene was cut. In the scene, someone
exclaims, "Gentlemen! Our __ __ __ has been struck
down in his prime!" Editor Anthony Harvey stated
that “The scene would have stayed, except that
Columbia Pictures were horrified, and thought it
would offend Z’s family.”
Give me X, Y and the film.

theater slang for "a failure in

derived from an Italian word
meaning literally "make a bottle“ or
"bottle“.
15. 5. X is a 2011 American political drama film

in large white letters on a black pupil
background.

21. 7. Ruslaan Mumtaz is an Indian film and

in 2007 with Hindi film MP3 – Mera Pehla Pehla
Pyaar. In 2013, He made his television debut
with the role of Dhruv in Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le
Zara.
However, his career path could have been very
different had he not lost out on the lead role in
the film X, after initially being cast for the role.
The film's producer found him too good looking
for the role and therefore went with Z on the
suggestion of his 17 year old daughter.
Give X.

individual songs in an extended set-piece performed by

Dorothy Gale (Judy Garland) in the classic 1939 film The
Wizard of Oz.
In April 2013, it saw a huge surge in popularity and
reached it’s highest position of number 2 in UK Singles
Chart.
The BBC, however, did not play the track in full on
Radio 1 during The Official Chart on Sunday 14 April,
but would carry a news item explaining why the song
was in the charts during which a short clip would be
played. The move prompted accusations of censorship,
heightened by the BBC's status as a publicly funded
broadcaster.

37. 12. Mohan Meakin is a large group of companies
started with Asia's first brewery incorporated in
1855 at Kasauli under the name Y Breweries.

Today, Mohan Meakin's principal brands are Old
Monk Rum and Golden Eagle Beer.
Even though the Y family established the brewery
and ran it for many years, the name Y is famous
(or rather infamous) because of the actions of one
of its members, known as X Y, in the early
nineteenth century.
Ironically, the name X Y, by which we know this
person, itself is a misnomer.

His father (Thomas Robert Calthorpe X, 1903–1986) was at
Eton with Y and his name is believed to have been the
inspiration for the name of supervillain Ernst Stavro X.

Austin Powers and Inspector Gadget.
X and Y.
46. 15. Though the origins of the name have never

eventually being named X.
Which character?
49. 16. In June 2007, the Prime Minister of the

59. 19. Paul Giamatti was suggested for the role of X, but the
actor declined. Martin Short and Hank Azaria were also
reported to be interested. In January 2004, Variety
reported Y was in talks to play the role. At the time, he was
already committed to another NBC comedy, Come to Papa.
Due to Y being unavailable, Bob Odenkirk was selected as X
and was part of the cast presented to NBC executives.
However, Come to Papa was quickly canceled, allowing Y to
commit to the show. Y later stated he had only seen about
half of the original pilot episode of the British series before
he auditioned. He did not continue watching for fear that
he would start copying Z’s characterizations.
Rainn Wilson, who was cast for another role, had originally
auditioned for X, a performance that he described as a
"terrible Z impersonation". Give Y, Z and the show.

62. 20. Tranquility, also known as Node 3, is a module of the
International Space Station (ISS).
NASA held an online poll to name Node 3. Users were allowed to
choose from among four provided names (Earthrise, Legacy,
Serenity, and Venture), or to suggest their own. In early voting,
fans of the science fiction TV series Firefly boosted "Serenity",
also the name of the show's film and eponymous spacecraft. In
March 2009, X instructed his fans to suggest “X" as the name for
Node 3 in the online poll.
"X" won the poll by more than 40,000 votes. The naming contest
rules, however, stated that although the poll results will be taken
into account, NASA has ultimate discretion in choosing an
appropriate name for the node.
X threatened a lawsuit if the node was not named after him and
was supported by a US congressman.
As a compromise, NASA named a space treadmill that would lie in
Node 3 after X, making it the only piece of NASA engineered
equipment in space that is named after a living human being.
