2. How are we representing
artist/ genre
• The song we are using is a remix, this
meant we had to be carful to represent
both artists involved.
• We looked at other songs from both artists
to get an image of all there other music.
• The genre is under House Music, we have
dressed our performer as we expect
someone that would be singing this song
would look like.
• The song is very slow and we are going
represent this by using a lot of slow
motion.
• Our actors will be represented through
their actions, such as Bryan trying to save
Hannah, this presents the lyrics ‘ you've
gotta make the move’ this line is said
throughout the song in the Chorus.
3. Breakdown of narrative/
performance
• There is more narrative then performance in our music video.
• The performance is made up of phoebe madden singing
representing the artist.
• The artist that is being presented is the lead singer of the group
metric.
• There is no instruments that can be performed from the artists
adventure club as it is all computer generated.
• The narrative/story is all about showing the lyrics such as ‘youv
gotta have soul’ and ‘you've gotta make the move’ throughout
actions from our actors.
• For example Bryan making the move to stay clear from trouble and
help others.
4. Creation of Mise-En-Scene
• The setting of our music video is all in the streets and
forests of Dorking. We will use well lit up streets.
• As well as streets and forests we will be looking at
empty car parks, this will give the sense of loneliness
and scared atmosphere.
• We are also taking advantage of the construction
taking place at Jacks house, so we can film on it as well
as round it.
• The Mise-En-Scene is represented by the way most our
actors and performers are dressed such as the guard
wearing a balaclava and main character wearing a
hoodie.

7. • We intend to attract our
audience by keeping the music
How do you intend to
video interesting throughout
with a lot happening but not to
attract your audience
much to cause information
overload.
• We also want to use different
techniques compared to
standard music videos, such as
relating to our game, this
should attract the audience as
it’s a trailer for a game, it will
also already attract gamers.
8. Concept of the Video
• To convey a scene from a game to act as a trailer
for example a similar one to the trailer of
sleeping dogs.
• To do this we will use real life performance to
present game footage.
• From this video we like the use of how all the
footage is real life performance however shows
the concept of the game
