3. Instructions for the candidate
For considering your name for participating in the programme, you should follow the below given instructions carefully.
1) Take a printout of this form excluding this instructions page.
2) Sign yourself in the application form.
3) Take it to your recommending teacher whose details are given in the first page of the form.
4) Request your teacher to fill the online recommendation form. Link to this recommendation form he/she should have
received at his/her email. (Please wait for 24 hours for our mail to reach his/her email address after preparing this form.)
5) After the teacher fills the online recommendation form, check the application status in your online account. It should
show that the teacher has submitted the recommendation.
6) After the teacher fills the online recommendation form, he/she will get a PDF copy of his recommendation. Request
him/her to take a printout of the same, sign in it, and give it to you in a sealed envelope.
7) On the top of the cover containing the recommendation form, write in BOLD letters RECOMMENDATION FOR
MTTS2015
8) Request your teacher to sign in the application form and put the institution seal. He/she should also fill in the
application form the date on which he/she has submitted the online recommendation form.
9) On the top of the cover containing the application form and recommendation form, write in BOLD letters
APPLICATION FOR MTTS2015
10) Send the application form and recommendation form immediately by post to reach us by the last date given below
the application form.
11) DO NOT send copies of your marklists or any certificates to us together with the application form.
12) After a few days. check the status of your application in the online system. If the post has reached us, the status will
show it to you. But kindly remember, that we will be updating the post receiving status once or twice only in a week. Be
patient!
13) If the form has not reached us according to the application status in the online system, please resend the post it
without any delay so as to reach us before the last date.
14) Check the MTTS website or the online applications portal for the selection list.
15) Keep visiting the MTTS site for any updates/new instructions.
