Simple sentences are group of words with
only one complete thought. They can
stand alone. They are also called
independent clauses.

with two complete thought or two
independent clauses. These clauses are
joined by connectors for, and, nor, but, or
yet, and so. (FANBOYS)

independent clause and one or more
