UI UX
3. As a startup, you are often posed with the question
Should I focus on good user experience, or
push something out quickly?
4. If the product/service that you are building is novel and new, but the
desirability isn't immediately obvious to the customer, then the UX efforts
will need to focus on communicating WHY this product is important to the
user. It needs to have an immediate "Oh, that's cool!" impact. (We're not
talking flashy, superfluous graphics here. We're talking core communication
of why this product is something the user needs.)

Health care entrepreneur and product management professional was

Process
1. Data Collection: Collect data from 100+ service providers in San Francisco
2. Research: Interviews with 5 participants to understand how they shop for
an Invisalign provider, competitor research and build a journey map
3. Prototype: Design a solution that solves the pain points of the user.
4. Design + Build
5. Test the solution with Bay Area participants to evaluate the efficacy of the
beta
