• Develop a paper to inform administration and personnel committee on
specific scholarship activities in the GFU School of Education
• Incorporate ideas of Ernest Boyer et al – aligned with GFU Faculty Handbook
and Academic Procedures
• Develop a guide for faculty to use in preparing annual growth plans
• Assess scholarship activities – guide for dean’s evaluation and faculty’s self-
reflection
• Next Step – Implement guide for faculty growth plans for 2012-2014
