7. Action Plan
 For the first 4 weeks Michelle Amons will be in charge
of all business functions. From opening to closing she
will be on site. An onsite manager will be hired and
two junior employee will perform the work on the kids
with Michelle’s supervision.
 As business grows and more families are aware of our
services we will hire additional staff to service the
customers.
 As time goes on we will look into investing in a larger
space.

For the first month I will be the only employee in the

 Skyway Mall is located centrally to many
schools and parks and areas where parents
of medium income can shop.
 From what city.com shows many kids are in
the area and there is a large demand for kid
friendly businesses.
 As time goes on and our spa becomes
recognized we will attract more interested
parents and kids and high revenue.
