2. Emergency Vehicle Restoration
What does Restoration mean?
Restoration Process
Reasons to Restore Your Fleet
3. Started in 1999 restoring police cars.
Restored vehicles from across Canada and as
far south as Florida.
At EVR we restore high mileage vehicles to
run like new.
Our final product drives and handles like a
new vehicle; quiet, solid, and responsive.
4. When restoring your vehicles we install all
new major components including
engine, transmission, suspension, brakes and
many others.
In addition we install new flooring and re-
pad the driver’s seat, as well as detailing the
vehicle inside and out.
5. Through our research and experience we have
developed our very own special procedure for
restoring your vehicle.
By following this procedure exactly, we
ensure that each vehicle conforms to our
mutually strict standards.
6. EVR installs only OEM parts from the
manufacturer.
Installing only OEM parts lessens the
likelihood of civil liability due to a
substandard vehicle maintenance and repair.
Before After
7. All replacement parts are ordered according
to each vehicle’s serial number.
This enables us to place exactly the same
parts on your vehicle that it had when it left
the factory.
8. All replacement parts are police rated (where
applicable.) This allows you to maintain the
confidence you have in your vehicle’s
performance under harsh driving conditions
and environments.
9. While at EVR your vehicles will be worked
on by highly trained technicians that are
familiar with your specific make and model
of vehicle.
10. After your vehicle has been completed EVR’s quality
control staff road test each vehicle a minimum of 200
kilometers.
By conducting such tests we ensure that your vehicles
will be returned to you in the best working order
possible.
Our quality control staff realizes the demand placed
on your vehicles from daily service and attempts to
replicate that demand during our road tests.
11. The security of your vehicles while at our
facility is of paramount concern to us.
Our facility is fully enclosed with a seven foot
privacy fence, as well as a motion sensor
alarm.
These security precautions help guarantee the
safety of your vehicles while on our premises.

14. By restoring your vehicle you receive a “like
new” product.
This saves you time further down the road by
reducing the probability of repairs.
This method deters mechanical breakdown
and leaves your officers with a reliable
vehicle.
15. The time required before booking your
vehicle to be restored is significantly less
than the time required to order a new vehicle.
You can have your vehicle restored and back
as a part of your fleet much sooner (2 weeks)
than you can order and receive a new vehicle.
16. At EVR we abide by stringent quality standards
that we have developed through our research and
experience.
We strive to produce a final product that is an
equivalent to a new vehicle.
At EVR all of our vehicles receive extensive
amounts of road testing similar to the daily
demands your vehicles see.
The vehicles we restore go through a series of
procedural checks to ensure that they rejoin your
fleet in the best possible condition.
17. All of our OEM parts are backed by
a manufacturer’s warranty.
18. All vehicles that are restored by EVR can be
serviced by any OEM authorized dealer.
All warranty’s on your replacement parts can
be fully handled by any OEM dealer at no
cost to you.
19. EVR also maintains a complete record of all
parts used.
EVR will also help develop a fleet plan to
schedule your vehicles in for restoration on a
monthly and yearly basis at no cost to you.
20. “Restoring the Quality of Emergency Vehicles”
It is our goal to restore your vehicle to its original working
condition to help you save money and improve your fleet.
