The quality of being competent .
A cluster of related Abilities,
Commitments, Knowledge and Skills
that enable a person or (an organization)
to act effectively in a Job or Situation.
6. RESIDENT
A person who lives somewhere
permanently or on a long-term basis.
A medical graduate engaged in
specialized practice under supervision in a
recognized institute.
7. RESIDENCY PROGRAM
Its an integrated process by which a
Resident gradually becomes competent
under skilled supervision within a period
of time.
9. Medical Expert
A Medical Expert is a physician,
applying medical knowledge, clinical skills,
and professional values in his provision of
high-quality and safe patient in practice.

decisions, and carry out diagnostic and
