About 360 Property Tour Applications
Using the attraction of virtual reality for marketing
property sales and rentals.
‘Off the plan’ property agents know it’s not easy selling something that doesn’t exist, yet!
It’s far easier to sell a property that you can see, all around you.
360 Property Tours are focused on reducing the reluctance to purchase ‘off the plan’ property
by creating virtual applications to allow users to see, and feel like they are in the final
construction before it is built - to experience the future today.
Our most successful product is the 360 property tour application.
This is because:
• It easily allows anyone with a mobile device to experience a virtual property tour.
• It allows our clients to have a custom branded application showcasing their property
on both the Apple and Android mobile stores.
• It promotes word of mouth marketing as users can easily share and show with friends.
• Future updates of the application allow our clients to update the users with new
property tours.
• Additional technology options allows the application to share it’s information on
social media networks.
• Additional functions allow our clients to track insights
on the users interactions with the property tours.
• Additional technology functions allow our clients to
send updates to encourage the sales process of

Industry insights that support the design of the 360 property tour
application.
oneVR has been researching and developing virtual and augmented reality applications since
2012. We have a broad range of industry insights that direct our development processes
towards effective user experiences and active sales tools for property.
Some key insights around the 360 property tour applications are:
• Industry feedback from ‘off the plan’ developers has shown us a high percentage of
‘off the plan’ buyers are investor resale’s or referrals from current buyers, which is why
it’s important to retain and continually market to your current client base.
• When selling ‘off the plan’ property, sales conversions are strong when users visit the
sales display suite, but getting prospect buyers to the display suite is a challenge.
Which is why we’ve designed this application as a marketing tool, to attract visitors
to the display suite.
• Virtual Reality is a novelty and only a small market of the population has access to
their devices. Developers are reluctant to invest in a technology, which isn’t proven
to create sales. Today though, virtual reality devices are becoming more common and
it’s predicted to be a mass adopted product by 2020.
The 360 Property Tour apps allow our clients to be early adopters of the technology and
enable the mass population to easily give virtual reality a try without restricting them to having
a headset to engage with the property. The purpose of this is to ensure we gain active users
of the application and use it as a marketing tool, rather than just a novelty experience.
We’ve been using the ‘ApartmentVR by
BGC Development’ application in our sales
process for 1 month now. It's had a
fantastic adoption rate from interested
buyers and is easily used by all ages.
With minimal promotion we’ve attracted
200 users internationally of the
application and intend to grow this In
early 2016.

To take Property Marketing to the next level - Virtual Marketing.
A virtual brochure mobile application will create a higher level of communication for your
clients to better experience a property space, environmental aesthetics and source
information.
Smart Media will develop a virtual simulation application for the ‘off the plan’ houses.
A 3d rendering company will supply the 360 gyro images and base apartment 3d model.
Alternatively Smart Media can quote on this service if required.
The application is a virtual brochure experience with additional functions such as
contact forms, and available on the app stores.

About 360 Property Tour Applications Using the attraction of virtual reality for marketing property sales and rentals. ‘Off the plan’ property agents know it’s not easy selling something that doesn’t exist, yet! It’s far easier to sell a property that you can see, all around you. 360 Property Tours are focused on reducing the reluctance to purchase ‘off the plan’ property by creating virtual applications to allow users to see, and feel like they are in the final construction before it is built - to experience the future today. Our most successful product is the 360 property tour application. We have a broad range of industry insights that direct our development processes towards effective user experiences and active sales tools for property. Some key insights around the 360 property tour applications are: • Industry feedback from ‘off the plan’ developers has shown us a high percentage of ‘off the plan’ buyers are investor resale’s or referrals from current buyers, which is why it’s important to retain and continually market to your current client base. • When selling ‘off the plan’ property, sales conversions are strong when users visit the sales display suite, but getting prospect buyers to the display suite is a challenge. Which is why we’ve designed this application as a marketing tool, to attract visitors to the display suite. • Virtual Reality is a novelty and only a small market of the population has access to their devices. Developers are reluctant to invest in a technology, which isn’t proven to create sales. Today though, virtual reality devices are becoming more common and it’s predicted to be a mass adopted product by 2020. The 360 Property Tour apps allow our clients to be early adopters of the technology and enable the mass population to easily give virtual reality a try without restricting them to having a headset to engage with the property. The purpose of this is to ensure we gain active users of the application and use it as a marketing tool, rather than just a novelty experience. We’ve been using the ‘ApartmentVR by BGC Development’ application in our sales process for 1 month now. It's had a fantastic adoption rate from interested buyers and is easily used by all ages. Alternatively Smart Media can quote on this service if required. The application is a virtual brochure experience with additional functions such as contact forms, and available on the app stores.
