Too many software products are made that have solid code, are beautifully designed, and promise many exciting features, and yet fall flat when they are released into the world. How do we make sure we don’t waste time creating things that no one wants to use or buy? In this talk, we’ll share how we use a process called “Discovery” at Trustpilot to test concepts with potential users before we build them.
