Challenges
The profile of competences to be developed is diverse, involving technical and socio-behavioral skills in online environments, namely with regard to the use of the technological resources necessary to attend the course and the virtual class, to online interaction and socialization, to Adapting to teamwork and online collaboration, as well as communication, research, knowledge management and information evaluation skills (Pereira et al., 2007, Morgado, 2011, Nunes & Morgado, 2013).
