Who is Target Reply?
We are Target Reply, a Reply Group company
which is specialized in delivering custom-made
Business Intelligence solutions, leveraging a range
of cutting-edge tools. With our expertise in cloud,
hybrid and on-premises data warehousing,
data modelling as well as state of the art
project management methodology,
we support clients from a variety of industries
including Retail, Telco, Media and Finance
to gain deep, precise and actionable insights from Big Data.
• Target Reply originates from Data Reply.
Data Reply started in the beginning of 2015 and
has since grown from 4 to about 120 people
• It was founded in January 2020 and has now about 40 employees
• We focus on Ab Initio, Snowflake, Exasol and Microstrategy
• Our target is to deliver effective custom made solutions
• We are using various project technologies
in different project environments ➔

What makes us best place to work?
• Summer and Christmas Workshop: Each Year we organize
workshops with a following social event.
The workshops are used for knowledge sharing and discussing,
how to improve the company / individual units / processes.
• Xchange Afterparty: The Xchange is a big Reply event each
year where Reply and the daughter companies present their
achievements. Of course, this is a great time to party.
• Family Fridays: Last Friday of the month? No Xchange?
No Summer or Winter Workshop? Let’s all go for Lunch,
get to know new members to the Target Reply Family or
catch up with those who have been on the road for the last 4 weeks.

Ab Initio
The Ab Initio unit is solely focused on the Ab Initio data
processing platform. We do not focus in an industry,
rather in customized solutions. Projects include Data
Warehouses, Data Integration Platforms and Data Hubs
in several different customer projects in several different
industries. In combination with Ab Initio, we achieve the
project goals efficiently - high performance, scalable and
fully integrated enterprise computing applications –
on a foundation of professional quality, expert know-how
and effective cooperation with the customer.

MicroStrategy
The MicroStrategy unit seek to harness the power of data to help
our clients make the tactical and strategic business decisions.
From big data integration to analytics, data visualization and
enterprise reporting, Microstrategy is one of the prominent BI
provider in the market. In this regard, MicroStrategy offers a
suite of business intelligence functionality to support interactive
and real-time dashboards, ad-hoc queries and mobile BI among others.
To overcome infrastructure costs, MicroStrategy is deployed
in the cloud and can seamlessly connect to existing enterprise
apps and systems. Microstrategy platform comes with useful usage
and sophisticated visualization features e.g. various data source
connections and direct database access, cleanse and data
wrangling functionalities, mapping and in-built geocoding capabilities.
MicroStrategy customers can avail of a user-friendly platform,
high data scalability and security.
Snowflake
The Snowflake unit work on deployment of the cloud data
platform Snowflake. Snowflake is a flagship product,
on the frontline of the exploding analytics
cloud-based data platform. We believe that in the next years,
many of not most of the new or existing Data Warehouses
will be built or migrated to the cloud, and Snowflake has
the right combination of feature, simplicity and cost to be
on the frontline of this movement. Every Data Warehouse
should profit on the flexibility, scalability and reliability
of a cloud solution, regardless of industry and data volume.
