Secartys is a non-profit organization founded in 1968 that represents over 1,200 electronics, IT, telecommunications, and solar energy companies across Spain. Its mission is to lead internationalization and competitiveness efforts for its member companies with support from the Spanish government. Secartys provides services like organizing trade shows and missions, maintaining offices abroad, advising on exports, and connecting buyers and sellers internationally. It also offers financial, technological, and training support for members.

4. 1.1. ¿What is SECARTYS?
A non-profit making, voluntary organisation, founded in
1968, which represents more than 1,200 industries in
electronics, information technology, telecommunications
and solar energy across Spain. Its members include
cluster companies and other national associations.
The association plays a key in fostering internationalisation
and competitiveness within its members, with the support
of the General Goverment and autonomous regional
bodies.

5. 1.2. MISSION
To lead on the national level the activities of
internationalization of the electronic industry, solar, home
automated power, TIC and Audio, video and professional
lighting in defense and promotion of the sector.

- More than 500 fairs and trade missions abroad
- Secartys represents more than 1,200 industries acroos

Its members include cluster companies and other national
associations.

- Spanish representative in the European Federation of SMES of high

(Secretaría de Estado de Comercio y CDTI), COFIDES, IVEX, INFO
MURCIA, EXTENDA, ARAGON EXTERIOR, PROMOMADRID

-In 2009 SOLARTYS was recognized as a National Cluster of solar
power sector by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade (AEI-
Band innovative companies)
-In 2010 DOMOTYS was recognized as National Industry Cluster of
the home and building control by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism
and Trade (AEI-Band innovative companies)
