Real Home Tips: Things To Search For When Buying A Home
When you are getting pulled over the first thing not to state is "What seems to be the trouble
officer?" It sounds so cliche? and also it's off putting. The officer will not enjoy it, he will think that
you are a wise guy, actually when you thought to state that, you probably really are a little bit of a
wise guy. Which is not the way to get out of a speeding ticket.
No one in the band thought about what the endless hours of jamming, improvising and being forced
to learn new songs had done for them. Their standard repertoire was no longer enough to keep the
audience entertained for the long stretch,s they were required to perform. On the Reeperbahn a
strange transformation had taken place.
They gathered their belonging from behind the screen and decided to set the dry drapes on fire and
run for it. No mention to anyone in the theater that it was on fire. Before much damage was done, it
was extinguished before near disaster. But suspicion was set in and the cops couldn't help notice"
The Beatles" written in carbon from the flame of a candle.
The traffic light was there to direct traffic, but it wasn't. The cop communications was directing the
traffic. Perhaps there were circumstances with the traffic that changed, or the volume of traffic
increased, or the traffic pattern had shifted over time. Whatever the case, it necessitated this officer
being on this corner to get traffic through the intersection. So we had the new system, the cop
communications, working right underneath the old system, the traffic light, which was turning red,
yellow, and green with him standing underneath it. Very broken. The solution needed to be that the
road was widened, or a different traffic pattern created, or having longer cycles through the light in
order to remedy the situation.
Switch off your stereo system, radio or perhaps boom field so you can pick up the officer's guidelines
clearly. There is nothing more bothersome than to discuss with someone who just isn't paying
attention. As well as seen the show "Speeders"? This option practically plead for a ticket, they are
thus disrespectful.
NEW* 5:45 p.m.- Dakota Ridge Subdivision police earpiece in N. Boulder (North of Lee Hill and West
of Broadway) 532 homes notified, Boulder police communications officers are going door-to-door to
evacuate homes.
Once you get stopped the police official has still never met you, but he seeks to categorize you to be
able to decide whether you should have a ticket or not. You squeeze into one of four categories:
felony, quasi-criminal, jerk, or perhaps a normal guy or dudet who happens to pace once in a while
just like him and all of his buddies do. Your job is to be the normal dude or even dudet. Here is how.
DON'T be a jerk. Officers hate jackasses even more than criminals. This means, don't inquire "what
seems to be the issue officer?" to the officer, it simply shows that you don't think that there is a valid
reason for that officer pulling you over- that would put you in the actual jerk category, and Jackasses
get nailed along with speeding seats.
For a live demonstration of how this can work, I will be having a live demonstration at Lakeview
Library in Peoria on Tuesday, July 12 at 6:30 pm. Bring a notebook and ask at the desk for the group
Bear-Wolf Studios or Peoria Area Filmmakers and they'll direct you to the proper conference room.
