An analytical report of anonymised oncology OPD records with free text contents by mapping them to equivalent SNOMED CT expressions and analysing them. Text mining was also done. The purpose of the experiment conducted was to demonstrate the effectiveness of using SNOMED CT to analyse free text data. The results amply demonstrate the robustness of such an approach.
