 Procurement 
-Responsible to prepare yearly Procurement Budget plan as per market & production requirement, 
-Monitoring the Budget plans regularly by ensuring that all the limits are under control, 
-Controlling milk prices as per seasonal variations in coordination with Market price, 
-Monitoring inward cost, head count, operational costs as per Budgets, 
-Ensure to conduct periodical audits among all units and monitoring 
-monitoring of Material balance on day to day basis, 
-Plan and organize milk procurement structure pricing and modalities 
-Established 4 Milk chilling centers and 20 Bulk milk cooling uits in Telangana, Karnataka and 
Maharashtra, procuring about 150 000 ltrs per day with 1248 collection centers. 
-Relocating of non productivity units at potential locations. 
-Monitoring Advance and loan process in coordination with Financial Instititions. 
-Involved in establishing village level milk procuring team. Collection centers by implementing 
a cost effective route plan for chilling centers/ BMC’S. 
-Responsible to setup robust milk procurement systems and ensure implementation of extension
