Procurement
-Responsible to prepare yearly Procurement Budget plan as per market & production requirement,
-Monitoring the Budget plans regularly by ensuring that all the limits are under control,
-Controlling milk prices as per seasonal variations in coordination with Market price,
-Monitoring inward cost, head count, operational costs as per Budgets,
-Ensure to conduct periodical audits among all units and monitoring
-monitoring of Material balance on day to day basis,
