Pre-Sales Report
• This report contains data about sales information of individual supervisors for Pre-Sales. The report extracts raw data from
Sales-force. com which provides us the sales position from lowest to top bucket where lowest bucket is for Funnel state to
highest at happy state. This is a daily report which shows the incremental sales from Least to highest bucket in a month. Each
months report is incremental and target is to reach or surpass the forecasted sales, Macro automation included:-
o Creation of Charts
o Creation of multiple pivot tables
o Multiple workbooks used to generate final report
Seller Report Card
• This is another pre sales report which contains the sales information for each manager drilled down to its particular seller.
Each seller allocates a Commit state up till which sales will be done and according to that commit point, Quota is assigned to
that particular seller. At final once every month, A final report is created to check the total sales, quota and level to which
commit point is reached. Macro automation included:-
o Filtering the managers and sellers
o Creating a manager workbook and sheets for corresponding seller
o Process in step 2 is repeated for multiple sellers
o Getting commit and sales information and various other parameters from raw data extracted from SFDC
Time Reporting
• This report shows the Time Reporting orders that have not been completed. This helps dispatch to know which technicians
are not completing their time reporting out each week.

• This report provides input as to why the troubles did not auto assign to a technician. The Help Desk located in Wake Forest will
handle this report and submit fixes or fix issues so the troubles will assign to a technician when entered into NIBS

• This report provides the orders that due dates (projected arrival date & time) have been changed on and so provides a code to
indicate why the due date was changed
